Could not be happier to post this review. Just spent a wonderful night in one of the nicest rooms ever - wishing I could have stayed longer! In town to pick up my daughter from UNH but didn’t want to stay at the only hotel in town (again). As you will see from my photos, the room was on-point for style, lighting, roominess and cleanliness. It was so nice being able to stretch out after the day of travel. The furniture was all very new, clean and very comfortable. I slept in the “king” which offered a pretty firm mattress, it was nice. The bathroom was roomy as well with plenty of towels and amenities. The kitchenette offered a mini fridge, Keurig, microwave and even a water dispenser for cold & hot water! Was able to enjoy a nice cup of tea which was included along with several coffee pods, a nice basket of complimentary snacks and creamer in the fridge! The location was also perfect, just a couple of mins from the dorm. The food trucks & restaurant offered tasty and convenient options for dining along with a nice outdoor setup, plenty of picnic tables and fire pits. While the time of year of my stay was not the busiest there were still a handful of food trucks and patrons with their pups outside. We enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere. The shop below our room offered some fun locally made/crafted gifts & souvenirs for any age. Unfortunately did not get to try the restaurant this time but we will return and I hope to try it, it smelled wonderful. I highly recommend to everyone and will definitely be staying with them again! You should too!

Mar 16, 2025 · Laura HaulerWe came to tour UNH and after reading all of the positive reviews, booked our stay. Everything was so lovely! The decor, the cleanliness, the snacks and the SPACE were fantastic. The food trucks and tap room were such a treat too! We can’t wait to come back!
Apr 13, 2025 · ZavalaKelly1gmailPerfect location for visiting Durham! Very spacious yet cozy studio apartment - direct access to the tap room downstairs was a plus, and on-site mercantile and food trucks were a great plus! Parking is also available, which is always a bonus. Can't recommend this place more!
Feb 25, 2025 · Berek MartichuskiThis property is so lovely! So well appointed, clean as a whistle and an all around unique lodging experience. Karen could not have more responsive or accommodating. My son and I were staying overnight to attend an outdoor event at UNH the next day. It was raining/sleeting and we were without umbrellas. There were two large umbrellas in the room that Karen permitted us to use for the entire day, eventhough checkout was 11am. It was a lifesaver. I just can’t say enough about this hidden gem. We will absolutely be back!! Thanks Karen!!
Mar 30, 2025 · Tina BaseneseThis gem was just the right right place for my stay visiting my daughter at UNH a couple of weeks ago! It offered WAY more than I expected. A bedroom, large closet, fill bathroom, sitting room with television (streaming, log in. and then remember to remove your ID before you go) as well as a very genrous dinette including Keurig with complimentary coffee and snacks. minifrige also has a small freezer and comes with creamer for your coffee. Microwave and hot/cold water dispenser too! The suite is very private with room darkening curtains as well as the shades in the bedroom. Convenient to Main St. I had the pleasure of meeting Karen in the mercantile shop below and found her so easy to talk with and quite helpful. If you want a little food and ale too you are all set...but you won't have to deal with any loud noise either. I don't know how the they made the room so quiet, but it is. You will love this boutique stay, comfortable and very nicely appointed!
