My husband and I live in the Boston area and wanted a quick overnight getaway to celebrate our anniversary. I saw Ash Street Inn online and thought it looked like a wonderful place. It was even better than I had hoped! It is a warm, inviting, cozy and beautiful inn. Margit and Rob, the owners, could not have been friendlier or more welcoming and accommodating. Everything was perfectly appointed. I wish we could have stayed longer, and we definitely plan on going back and making it a longer trip! The breakfast Rob cooked was top notch. And ask Margit if she has any of her homemade yogurt available--it was scrumptious! I would absolutely recommend staying there--without a second thought.

Apr 08, 2025 · Wendy RankinThe only place to stay when visiting Manchester. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. The Inn is up to date and so clean and charming. The bed was so comfortable, and the fireplace made sitting on the floor playing cards with my husband so cozy. The cooked to order breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our day. Can not wait to return.
Feb 10, 2025 · Robin DrinkwineWell maintained and charming, it was the perfect getaway for a few days of rest and relaxation. The host and hostess were extremely gracious, provided many amenities in the room and served a wonderful breakfast in the morning. They made a point to learn our interests and provided excellent suggestions for places to visit and fine restaurants to dine. The 24 hour availability of beverages and homemade cookies that could be enjoyed in a quaint room with a lit fireplace was an extra special touch.
Dec 15, 2024 · N NelsonReally enjoyed our stay. We stayed here during a snowy weekend and it is just a nice cozy place to be. Rooms are immaculate and well furnished. The living room is a great place to spend time with its gas fireplace. Breakfast is wonderful and Rob caters to all food allergies. My wife has Celiac and requires a GF meal and there were no worries. The hosts are wonderful. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves and will be returning.
Feb 19, 2025 · Robert BoucherWhat an absolute gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ash Street Inn. Rob and Margit were so hospitable and helpful with suggesting things to do in the area, and the inn itself has everything travelers could possibly need. They also added special touches like fresh baked cookies in the afternoon and complementary sodas, waters, tea and coffee any time. The rooms were lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. And the breakfast! Absolutely amazing! Thank you both so much! We hope to return in the future.
