I don’t want to be too harsh. I’m a IHG member and travel. I have been aware of your new hotel for about a year now. Great location. Great dining in the area, and reasonably priced accommodation. But the fact you have been open for some time now, your guests shouldn’t be complaining about construction issues still with your facility. No electrical problems, no difficulties with closing their doors etc etc. management, you need to be on top of this. Now.

Apr 07, 2025 · BNew hotel less than 15 minutes from Hersheypark. With prices under $100/night I figured it was worth a try. With it being so new, the hotel is generally very clean. No sign of bugs or vermin. That's about the best I can say for it. Unfortunately it seems like this was a hotel built by lowest-bidder contracting. Rooms are constructed shoddily, with sloppy work and damage to walls, floor, doors, etc that were clearly caused by construction rather than guest wear-and-tear. Walls are thin and the room doors isolate very little noise. Loud families in the hallways and adjoining rooms until everyone decided to go to bed. The room doors themselves do not close properly. They require a very firm push or pull before they click shut. The bathroom door inside the room had the same problem. Shower water was lukewarm at best. Wall-mounted soap and shampoo is nice but only when they are kept filled, and our body wash was completely empty. The bed wasn't bad but a little too mushy for my taste. Would've preferred a firmer mattress. Breakfast did not look appetizing, so we went across the street to the diner instead. For the sub-$100 bargain price, it's worth it. I would not pay more than that to stay here.
Apr 28, 2025 · Mike SutterAlright, where to begin. For a hotel that is "Now open" construction is still going on. The lobby smells like fish, the rooms smell like baked beans. There are lack luster amenities which even for a "budget" hotel such as this, are very minimal. No fridge in the room, Holes in the wall. The microwave in the lobby is hard to use. The doors to the rooms do not shut, you have to yank them shut. The staff there are nice, but they do not know how to work the hotel systems. Overall first impression of this hotel is extremely poor. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. It is not worthwhile, or worth your money. Find a different hotel.
Mar 03, 2025 · Sarah MastersRooms were ok. It’s a new property so it could have been cleaner. I did not get my $25 deposit back for the key card when returned. I tried to call the hotel but reached what I think is a call center. Won’t likely return. After many attempts to get my $25 returned it has not happened. The owner even indicated they were working on it. Evidently it is easier to take money than it is to return it. I am totally frustrated with this place. The person with whom we checked in with indicated the $25 was a deposit for key cards. The owner said it was for incidentals. Regardless what the deposit was for, I want it returned. Think twice before handing over a deposit for anything because it is quite unlikely you will get it returned to you. I would never stay at this property again.
