Rooms were clean. Elevator was small. Two level hotel. The pool was clean and they had a hot tub. They also have a gym. The breakfast had a good selection and a very spacious eating area. I did feel like staff could have been nicer. They do not have baby cribs or play pens which we needed. I could not sleep well thinking my baby could fall off the bed. They do not offer body wash so please make sure to take. We had to ask for hand soap which they gave us a small bar of soap. They did have a miniature one inch bottle of shampoo and conditioner-which with two girls was not enough. I did witness a staff member being a bit loud with another young girl. I did not feel comfortable.

May 04, 2025 · Claudia CorreaSibreWe stay at this specific best western every year for my daughter’s birthday. That should be review enough as we come back every year. The breakfast is always delicious and so many choices that everyone is happy. Staff is accommodating and helpful, rooms always clean. I would of course recommend this hotel to anyone..
Apr 06, 2025 · Melissa YoungThe place is very rundown for the price. Cobwebs in every corner of the room. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Room was very dark from lack of lighting. Side entry door literally falling off its hinges and dangerous for children. Boxes stacked in the lobby. On the plus side. Pretty close to Cooperstown and breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast.
May 11, 2025 · Scott JarmanThe rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. While there were brochures of local attractions in the lobby there were none in the room. Other motels that I have stayed in have had binders full of local attractions and restaurants. The free breakfast was one of the best that I have had. There apparently was a problem with staffing because there was often no one at the front desk. After waiting several minutes to check out, I just left the room cards and left.
Apr 21, 2025 · Roy RowlandRooms are great. Facility is under some renovation and I dont knock that. My issue is that we arrived late (10:30pm) and will be leaving at 9:30am. I was happy to see online that the fitness room was open 24 hours. Only to get a little slip of paper with my key saying that it closes at 9pm.
