I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family. We were visiting family in the area and found this a nice place to stay albeit the price. My kids were very excited to stay here because of the advertised indoor pool. To our surprise, this hotel doesn鈥檛 have an indoor pool. After asking around it seems this Best Western had moved locations, but kept all the same pictures and advertised luxuries on their website. It was very disappointing as an indoor pool would鈥檝e made the stay less dull. My woman was so upset she began a tantrum (she鈥檚 a biter). NOT romantic. 馃槩 Otherwise the stay was okay, the food was fine and the staff were very friendly. I鈥檇 request they take down the misleading images of the hotels previous location. My woman was very misled. 馃挃馃馃

The hotel's pet-friendly policy, along with its transparent fee structure, serves as a strong promotional advantage for travelers with animals. The positive testimonials from guests regarding the hotel's cleanliness, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, and the overall comfort of the stay are powerful organic endorsements that the hotel can utilize in its marketing efforts. Apr 21, 2025 路 Nathan CaseThe gentleman at the front desk on Saturday March 29, 2025 was very helpful and just a great man. The location was sort of dreary and bleak visually, but awesome as far as actual convenience, close to the highway and local stores and food. The room was clean, and had all you'd expect or need it to have. That said, it didn't feel like a getaway room with for me and my girl even with the king sized bed. The room didn't feel romantic at all, and had a hospital room vibe to it. The cold hard floors and setup was 100% geared to simple and functional purposes. It was fairly expensive and not cozy at all. If you just stay in bed (and we did 80% of the time) it's okay. But everything else was like being a patient in the hospital. No carpet, no effort on ambiance or physical comfort at all. So if it's just a room to sleep in, it's okay. If it's a getaway place, I wouldn't stay there again. The hotel entrance and elevator all made it so promising when we arrives. But if I went in with a wheelchair, I'd swear it was a typical hospital room. Even the bathroom was cold, hard, steel bars everywhere, just no romance or home feel to it. Luckily my fiance is so cute she saved that part all by herself. But for the money spent, I let her down and it bothers me. Even the furniture screamed cold, hard, hospital room made for easy cleaning and nothing more. The worst part... my girl is a DV survivor, and people are loud there all hours of the night with nobody stopping them. So from 12am till morning, others seem to slam their room doors every 15minutes (or more frequent) for hours all night. Everytime that bang slam noise happens, she jumps out of the bed and is instantly awoken in fear. She quickly calms down (in a minute or less) but when it happens over... she didn't sleep much at all. Next time I will requested a more isolated and quite room for sure. I'm just sad it all happened ad it did and I can't undo it. The guests were more of a problem than the hotel. The rooms were very cold and hard, not cozy at all. My girl saved the trip, I love her for that and so much more. But the hotel is best for work stays, or families that just need a room to sleep in at night. If you're planning a getaway with your husband or wife, I wouldn't stay here. We are 47, and 51 years old, so maybe a younger couple wouldn't care at all? But I didn't like it for my purpose. Staff friendly, parking was great, rooms clean too, but it's not a cozy place for couples at all. And honestly I'd stay anywhere with my girl, even here again. But it will be very low on my list of considerations for our next trip in April. You should never have to contemplate having an argument or worse with your neighbors at 3am because nobody else quiets them down. Signs are everywhere telling them to be quiet after 11pm, but nobody seemed to care at all. Her jolting awake every few minutes... 馃挃 broke my heart. Free breakfast that we didn't even look at. Room minifridge, microwave, safe, phone, TV, wi/fi, couch, and some desks. Very business like and zero coziness to it.
