I know the location is desirable but do yourself a favor and select a different Best Western. I am a diamond member which is actually insignificant but it does require a lot of stays to reach that level. In all of my hundreds of stays at BW I have never had the property not honor the price online. I asked for the larger room which was 123$ in the app and I showed her and she said no, it’s 150$ tonight and continued to rattle off random numbers other than what matched the app. I accepted my original reservation and left after one night as my socks were black from walking around the room just a little bit. I informed them immediately I would only be there one night. I needed housekeeping to fix the tv. The room reeked of cheap cigarettes and dollar store cleaner. The pull out sofa bed intended for my companion had used bedding. All kinds of deposits due to the unsavory clientele that are regulars there. I grabbed two packaged danish in the morning and they were both expired in December 24 (6 months). Everything is bolted or screwed down and you can’t move the iron or coffeemaker; was impossible to iron unless you do it on the bathroom floor. Also unable to rinse/clean the coffee maker. This place wants your money, and will copy your credit card and charge it at their whim. Absolutely filthy and untrustworthy property. Due to an obscenely gross charge on my Debit card, and the dishonest price games, I do plan to contact corporate; although I do understand each property is individually owned, this hotel destroys any positive connotations of BW single-handedly. I did read the response and I am not the only ‘reviewer’ that has had charge issues and the hostility and lack of addressing the cleanliness speaks volumes. A debit or credit card is more word salad from you as you insist to see the card in which the room was booked with. When I received my receipt I was assured there were no charges for extra nights by the young man only to find you held over $500.00 for one evening. AND I DID contact you all directly only to be told my travel funds will be stuck for days. I stand by my statements.

Jun 09, 2025 · Lucky S.The rooms were fine & all, but what really got me to post this review was that last night during check-in the front desk said they could accommodate us an extra hour before check-out the next day, but this morning room service keep knocking on the door & said, “You were supposed to be gone by 11AM.” Which confused me, because even if we weren’t accommodated for noon (which the front desk said they would) our email said 11:00AM at the latest & she started knocking at 10AM ~ 10:30AM (which woke me up & she even opened the door & peaked in at me while I was in bed). Anyways, the rooms are fine. It was the customer service that really annoyed & bothered me. Did not enjoy having housekeeping knock on the door 3 times asking me to leave, & having the front desk tell me we could stay longer for the above just to happen. Terrible…
Apr 25, 2025 · HliRooms were very clean, which we truly appreciated, specially after reading so many reviews about other hotels in the area. However, they could use an upgrade as the whole room seemed outdated. We did have a little problem with the toilet not flushing properly but with the help of a plunger it was back to normal. Ideally, if remodeling they could definitely get rid of the carpet, which in my opinion is one of the grossest things still used in certain hotels nowadays. Their continental breakfast was very nice, and so as the front desk and the cleaning room lady. So, the only reason for not giving them a 5 stars is just because of the rooms needing an upgrade because everything else was great!
Apr 01, 2025 · Rosane Schneider FaanesRooms old and outdated. They appeared mostly clean. Our shower and toilet area had small brown specs of i don't wanna know what on the walls and ceiling. Hairdryer was missing from the empty bracket on the wall and not one available in our room. Went to front desk to borrow one. Placed our privacy magnet on and the housekeeper came in anyway and removed our towels. She did nothing else in the entire room that I am aware of but she also did not replace those towels so I had to go get some from her. Went downstairs to get waffles at 6:40 AM and the waffle machine is leaking all over the floor the juice and water machines aren't turned on or are not working. And the front desk person is behind the desk sitting where he cannot be seen nor see other people. He was playing on his phone completely unaware. And there were 2 others that were there right before us, so we were not the only ones in the place. Fir the amt they charge you ( then also add $100 for incidentals they dint have) Would never stay there again.
