I struggled with writing this review because I had certain expectations, but unfortunately, my 4-day stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. First of all, hospitality was lacking – during the entire stay, not once did the staff greet us with a simple “good morning” or “good afternoon,” which left a very cold impression. The front office staff seemed disinterested – even when speaking with guests, they never stood up from their chair, which is far from basic standards of courtesy and professionalism. Housekeeping was another letdown – our room was only cleaned on the first day. For the remaining three days, no one came by at all. On the last day, we left the room with a trash bin overflowing because there was no trash can in the hallway or any place to dispose of it ourselves. It felt uncomfortable and left a bad final impression. The hotel has potential, but without basic attention to guests and cleanliness, it’s hard to leave with a positive impression.

Jul 22, 2025 · Nikola RadovanovicStay here! Ok, the hotel needs a bit of updating but the price was nice. The staff thought… TOP NOTCH. They will make your trip smooth and worry free. Came in a little early, needed two shuttle trips, showed up 5min late for the end of breakfast. Basically we were annoying guests with a lot of deadlines… the staff rolled with it and helped us navigate things in a super friendly and understanding way so it was a breeze.
Jul 04, 2025 · Mohamed SalahIf I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I prepaid for my stay through Booking.com, yet when I arrived, the hotel charged me an additional $569—despite me informing the front desk multiple times that I had already paid. That charge has still not been refunded, and it completely ruined my trip by wiping out all my spending money. No one at the hotel has taken responsibility for this error, and I was brushed off when I asked for help. As for the room—it was disgusting. It reeked of mildew so badly that we had to go out and buy Febreze just to tolerate it. There were hairs everywhere: in the sink, the hot tub, the shower, and even in the refrigerator. I ended up spending the first two hours of my stay bleaching and scrubbing every surface just to feel comfortable enough to unpack. The room had nails sticking out of the doors, poorly patched holes in the walls, and the carpet and flooring were clearly installed incorrectly. Half the room was completely dark due to poor lighting, and the overall atmosphere was unsafe and unwelcoming. The blankets were the thinnest I’ve ever seen, with barely enough pillows for two people, and one of the blankets even had what looked like a blood—or possibly ketchup or BBQ sauce—stain in the corner. Parking was limited, our room keys stopped working every time we left, and the staff seemed more focused on flirting behind the counter than helping guests. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Between the double charge, the unlivable room conditions, and the total lack of professionalism, I genuinely believe my room should have been comped. Do yourself a favor—skip this place entirely.
Jun 23, 2025 · Destiny CruzWe missed a connection and were given a voucher to stay here. Everything worked out very smoothly! Our shuttle to the airport in the morning was quick and our driver (Erik) impressed me with navigating the traffic around the airport. Overall, the staff was great, bathrooms have been updated and the rooms were clean and quiet. I would stay here again!
Apr 24, 2025 · Holly TymesI stayed in room 311. I should have walked in and walked out again immediately. There is an incredible smell of mold. A nasty sour smell. There are air fresheners in the hall, but nothing in the room and the room reeked. Arjun at the front desk said all the rooms smelled the same way so there was no sense moving. He offered to send the driver out to get some febreeze, but febreeze covers the smell not whatever disgusting thing is sending particulate matter into my respiratory system. My partner got a nasty sinus infection from a room like this and we couldn't repeat the event so we did not stay, we checked out the same day, and the front desk nor the hotels app have approved a refund request. It was over $120 down the drain. The pool was closed, too (and maybe was the cause for the mold - who knows).
