The building could use some updates, but it looks like the pool is being renovated. It’s in a great location—close to the interstate, restaurants, and the hospital. Staff are friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Jul 14, 2025 · Kaylie WeaverEdit Edit: The owner gave me a partial refund and I very much respect that. Thank you for the honesty and refund. Edit: The owner replied and said the broken hot tub was noted on the website. Unless I'm missing something, the website says pool area construction will begin in March. It's February and no mention of a broken hot tub. It then lists the hot tub as one of the amenities (screenshots provided). If you're trying to keep kids busy here, definitely call before you book because it sounds like the pool may be out of commission shortly as well. A partial refund is more than welcome from the owner. Thanks in advance. Hot tub is broken and looks like it may have been for a while based on how weathered the notification sign is at the front desk. A real bummer because I would have just driven home after snowboarding at Cascade but thought it would be fun for the family to use the pool and hot tub for the night. If you are hoping to use the hot tub and that's a deal breaker for you, call ahead before making a reservation. The room seems fine so no complaints there.
Mar 23, 2025 · Brian PerzWe got there and everything was going smoothly. We got in our room put some stuff away and went down the road to grab dinner. Upon returning we found bugs on our bed. We called the front desk and they stated they would place us in a new room which we did 2 floors down and that room had bugs as well but worse! We left immediately, I have photos and videos.
Jun 28, 2025 · Katie BesterI have not at all stayed but with looking into the reviews listed I am definitely passing on booking here. How many horrible reviews does it take to tell you and your owners that the hotel needs major help? When was the last update completed? A turnover rate in hotels these days show major updates should be done every 5-6 years. Proper maintenance needs to be taken care of EVERY day.
Apr 07, 2025 · Kelli BurmeisterAfter my experience with your hotel, I am hesitant to try any Best Western from now on. We stayed there over a month ago, but this still needs to be said. An employee named Glenda is absolutely the most rude, disrespectful, entitled and childish person I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. This woman literally screamed at me during breakfast claiming it wasn't an all you can eat buffet. There were only two other people there besides my family. I am a small, disabled woman who only took one item. Apparently, when I got orange juice earlier, that was the beginning of the end. There seemed to be an overabundance of everything. After being screamed at like a banshee, I left utterly mortified. Upon my return, I saw that the reason guests shouldn't be bothering with breakfast is because they need to save it for Glenda! I sure hope she enjoyed it! Edit for owner: the reservation was under B. Abbott
