This Cambria is a clean, safe, welcoming, wonderful embrace for the travel worn. Attentive, almost to a fault. The texts started before I arrived, asking if there was anything I needed as they prepared for my arrival. I gave an off the cuff answer, and they responded back quickly, informativly, and professionally. Both through texts and in person, I felt welcomed and watched over. Given every opportunity to discuss any discomfort. I feel positive that if there had been an issue at any point, it would have been promptly addressed. The room was spotless. Clean, roomy, smelling fresh. huge screen and shade controlled window, luxurious bed, plenty of hot water with great pressure,... I felt safe, satiated, and serene my whole stay. The fitness center offered more than any hotel I've encountered in my travels. The pool situation was a little odd. You have to go to the front desk and ask to be let in with your identifying information. On the upside, should anything happen, they know whose body is floating in the pool... The pool was very small and shallow. However, it was clean and served its purpose. I used it all three days I was there and had the pool all to myself. At one point, there was a group just leaving. Other than that, blissful solo pool time. So, the small size and front desk check-in actually served me well. The whole hotel was quiet. On my last night, it sounded like someone with young children who had the zoomies were placed right above me. I wandered down to the lobby to get some hot chocolate and read in front of the fire wall in hopes that the youngster would settle down soon. The sweet staff offered to go knock on that rooms door, even change my room if I wished. As a former parent of young children, I didn't feel the parents needed the extra stress of a complaint. The running of little feet ended with enough hours for me to get some sleep. Every member of the staff, in all departments, was professional, attentive, and welcoming. I did have a slight communication problem with my initial front desk person (who seemed to be new to the job and a little more overwhelmed than any other staff I encountered my whole time there). However, her coworker professionally and kindly slipped right into the conversation and cleared things up. There was no trouble with parking and I felt my car and its contents were safe. There is a CVS and Wawa a few steps from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again should I be in the area.

May 18, 2025 · HavenFinally, a room without carpet!!! The room was elegant without being cluttered. All the normal things were there (coffee pot, microwave, iron, and board). It was very nice as far as rooms go. The hotel itself was immaculate, and the staff was friendly. This was our first stay in a Cambria. If given the choice I would stay here again.

They have a couple of nice shuttles to the to the casino and mall. My only grievances are that breakfast starts too late for business travelers (6:30). And, there’s a prohibition of outside food and drink being consumed on their patio. This is disappointing as there’s a Wawa in the parking lot and it would be nice to enjoy the evening with your sammie in the evening fresh air instead of your room :(. I get they’re trying to promote their restaurant…

Lending us an area in the lobby so we could have a team bonding session upon our arrival on Friday night was so helpful and nice. Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was very clean, the rooms are large and beds are comfortable. The location with a Wawa and cvs in the same parking lot is a bonus. So many good and shopping options within a short distance to the hotel. I would highly recommend and will definitely book again when traveling to Baltimore area.
Mar 31, 2025 · Dj DI checked in and started with no luggage carts. They told me other people had them. Been here 2 days have yet to see one. They were clean, room is clean. However they have smart TV's but no ability to get the app. I called down to the front desk. So then I was like I will watch TV. They fail to tell you the guide is on channel 7. I was going channel by channel. The final straw is I come in Saturday after dinner. The room was never cleaned. So I can't get ice towels etc. I go to the front desk and get scolded by the front desk that I was told on check in they come every 3 days unless I tell them. Putting the Onus on me its my fault. Instead of just telling me I sorry what do you need? 1 and Done
