We loved our stay at Camptown and are already planning our return visit with the kids since we know how much they’d love it. The grounds are stunning and it’s a low-key atmosphere. The pool onsite is such a bonus and our dinner at Casa Susanna was amazing! Shoutout to Joey the GM, Henry, Sally and the rest of the staff who made our stay feel comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend booking Camptown for a weekend away, regardless of the season!

Super cute cabins, lovely nordic design, you really feel immersed in nature. Staff super nice, beds super comfortable, perfect with kids with the little kitchenette. From May onwards they have the pool open. Location is great, in short driving distance to Hudson.

We had the most amazing stay at Camptown Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us (and our dog!) feel completely at home. The property is stunning, with thoughtful details everywhere that create a cozy yet luxurious vibe. Traveling with our dog was seamless—Camptown provided thoughtful amenities and even recommended dog-friendly trails nearby. One of our favorite spots was the lobby area, where the restaurant is located. With a roaring fire and cozy seating, it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring, and it’s completely dog-friendly. Our room was also spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for us and our pup to unwind. The on-site dining was another highlight—delicious food and drinks served in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Camptown Hotel truly went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Came up on Thanksgiving weekend and had an excellent stay. Facilities were well kept, service was attentive and kind, and rooms were cozy and well decorated. Loved the sauna with the cold weather and would come back to enjoy the pool in the summer!

We were forced off of rte 87 on our way home from the ADK due to snow storm. Hotel had vacancy; so, we stayed. Tavern was awesome and the room was clean and inviting. While there, we looked into other amenities offered and have decided that we will plan to stop another time so we can enjoy all that they have to offer.
