Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed. Amenities were top-notch, especially the brand new heated indoor pool and the well-equipped fitness center. Conveniently located right off the highway and just minutes from Legoland, it made our trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

I had the same exact experience the other person who posted a review the day before I posted mine had. The 5 star reviews are clearly working with the hotel to boost the star ratings. I believe they are bogus and anyone considering this particular hotel should think twice about staying there. I made my reservation for my son's wedding that took place on 4/20/25 back in October 2024. I reserved multiple rooms to accommodate my family attending the wedding. We received the email in the same manner, explaining we were canceled with no resolution or offer for resolution less than 24 hours before we were scheduled to arrive. From what I understand hotels in situations like this are able to transfer the reservation within the family of hotel brand, in this case IHG. Unfortunately, we had to scramble to find accommodations. The clincher is, two days prior I received a confirmation email confirming our reservation! I still posses it and plan on escalating this as far as I can take it. I am certain that 2 days before they canceled us the hotel knew it would not be opening on time. If there is some kind of technical issue/glitch with the website or the IHG app that is certainly not the fault of the customer! If there is anyone else that has experienced this senario or anything remotely similar, please post your experience here! And to anyone reading this.......buyer beware!

I booked a stay here months in advance. The day before I receive an email saying that there has been a change to the hotels.opening date and my reservation was canceled. There was no engaging or reaching out but a cold decisive email. The email.suggested alternative hotels which were not available for booking given that it was for the next day. This is exceptionally bad. The reservation was paid in full as well months before. I also booked directly from their website. Why accept a reservation and payment if you will not be able to accommodate? You book a hotel.for reliability and while I can understand the hotel may have opening issues , they should not have notified me the last minute. I had no idea or suspicion that the hotel was closed so this took me.by surprise. And with much frustration as I had to scramble to try and get alternative accommodation. perhaps they could have sent out a Disclaimer as well something like please be aware that we may not be able.to open in time and your reservation may be affected, if you are not comfortable with this please feel free to cancel. And if they knew they wouldn't be opening they could have sent out an email at least a week.in advance . And if it certainly.was not foreseeable they could have provided alternative accommodation automatically via another hotel in their branding system. Instead of simply suggesting alternatives that could not be booked because of the timing. If reliability is important to you and you don't want to be out cold at the last minute then don't book here lest you face a similar experience to me.
