If we could give 10 stars we would! Convenient parking outside your door with nice view of harbor and walking distance to almost anything. We walked into room to see no stinky old carpets, just beautiful immaculate hardwood floors. Our room included a very comfortable king size bed, folded up futon, chair with ottoman, table with chairs, large dresser, kitchen complete with mini frig, microwave, coffee, sink, dishes, glasses and utensils. Bathroom shower had great water pressure, large dispensers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Was spotless and sanitized. The owner Raj and his wife Nina went far and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. We even stayed an extra night.

May 18, 2025 · Pat MollinaryOur first visit to the Cape was almost a no go. We called to inquire about staying, but there were no vacancies. About 30 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Raj informing us that they just received a cancellation. The hotel is centrally located to everything. It’s right on the harbor. Our room was SPOTLESS and so comfortable. Raj was incredibly personable and friendly and you could easily tell he was very proud of his hotel. We had a 2nd floor room that was one of the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in. This won’t be our last trip to the Cape or this wonderful little hotel.
Oct 21, 2024 · Ron AxelsonWe stayed for one night before taking the ferry, and we were very happy. The rooms are not fancy, but they are clean and have everything you need. But the two real reasons to stay here are the location and the service. Raj allowed us to check in quite late when traffic held us up and he was so helpful the next day with information and parking. The Inn is within walking distance to Main Street and it is basically right across the street from the ferry.
Sep 11, 2024 · Jennifer SnyderGreat place! I enjoyed my clean, comfortable, and well-appointed room as well the close proximity to the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard - a few minutes walk to both Hy-Line and Steamship Authority. They also allowed me to leave my car parked in their lot for a completely reasonable fee while I overnighted on the island. This is where I’ll stay whenever I come back.
Sep 02, 2024 · Trent GreenwellWe were just staying one night, but we will most definitely go back. So very clean and comfortable. Cute little kitchen with mini refrigerator and sink, dishes, glasses, etc. King bed was super comfortable. Owner Raj so friendly and accommodating. Fantastic location across from harbor. Walk to many restaurants, ferry.
