While the hotel generally receives high marks for its overall experience, some guests have noted areas for potential improvement, such as the occasional issue with the jacuzzi heater or the lack of included breakfast/room service. However, these points are often balanced by the excellent value for the price package. May 07, 2025 · Vanessa PomaWe went on a rainy weekend there. Staffs are all friendly. The indoor pool was OK. The jacuzzi heater was not working that day, the water was cold. The place could have been better as well with breakfast included or room service options. We had a great stay overall for our price package.
Apr 27, 2025 · Dina AimableGood location, plenty of restaurants within walking/biking distance. Room was perfect size for solo traveler. If you want to go to any of the islands the ferry is directly across the street. Complimentary gated parking. Wifi was great, best I've had at a hotel. Room seemed to have its own access point. Large walk in shower in bathoom. Overall great value for what you got.
May 08, 2025 · IrisThis place is horrible as far as customer service goes. When we booked a month ago, we were told that we could bring our trailer and it would be ok to park. We have one truck and one trailer and we rented 2 rooms. We should be allowed 2 spaces at 1 per room but they would rather us take up 4 spaces at the other location. When we arrived we were told that no trailers were allowed so we had to park a block away at another hotel they own that is not manned. They have a beautiful view from the balcony but put us in a hole where we can’t see anything but a wall. There is a truck and boat that was allowed in the parking lot for 2 days blocking up the spaces. The pool and hot tub are not accessible unless there is a life guard present which on Monday wasn’t until after 1 pm and the lady here is NOT a certified life guard. The hot water in the shower will not get hot and we called someone to come check it out and over an hour later - no one showed. I called the front desk because the hot tub won’t get hot and the “life guard” they sent does not know how to work it. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes then didn’t answer when I called back. I called back a third time and asked to speak to a manager and was told they are ALL in meetings. I left my name and number and the lists of issues with kinesha- not sure how to spell her name. No one has called yet. And not to mention Tomay asked us if we wanted our rooms close and I said yes but he put us in two completely different buildings. These people DO NOT care about their customers and I will NEVER be back.
May 19, 2025 · IAHK Photo BoothsI went in with medium to low expectations due to the reviews. That being said, I can only speak on the front desk lobby, the room, and parking lot. This hotel exceeded expectation in both the room and service. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Buildings were fairly modern and updated with a cute nautical theme. My room was clean, with an incredibly comfy bed. The bathroom was modern and roomy. The parking lot felt very safe. I think this is an excellent stay especially considering the price.
