Hotel stay was a last resort to a quick and last minute plan, the hotel itself was nice, staff could be a bit better, we called to double check if they had rooms available and the receptionist hung up after we asked. Our stay was nice up until the day we left, my family and I were woken up at 6 am by police banging on our door, turns out ours and 3 or 4 other trucks were broken into all in the same area (the square in front of the elevator doors) the crime happened at 2:40 something am and nothing but the amount of criminals were caught on the single camera next to the door. Police later told us that this was not the first time to happen before at this specific location. You'd think that after the first offense the hotel would get better security. The hotel had no remorse for any of the events that occurred that early morning we left not long after, not wanting to stick around for anything else to happen. Would not recommend staying here in fear of your property getting stolen and broken into. If you do then park there at your own risk.

Jun 09, 2025 · Gloria ValenciaWe have spent the last month and a half here since my home was all but destroyed from the hurricane. As hard as that has been - this hotel and its wonderful staff has really made it a home away from home. Thank you to Mr. Kelvin Jacob’s for keeping us safe in the evenings working the desk & then making us a hearty, warm and delicious meal everyday. I’ve told him more than once I feel like he cooks it “with love”. He should be promoted. He’s made our stay way better!!! Couldn’t imagine him not being the first smiling face in the morning. The house keeping , & the front desk and all others have been great too. It was our favorite hotel before this but this stay really touched our heart. Thanks for treating us like family !!!
Mar 15, 2025 · Misty Leigh LocklearThis hotel i booked was one of the worst experiences I've had. We walked into our room at 10:30pm and they're was a bug bomb (chemicals in a can) in the middle of the floor! There was used cups and sugar packets lying on the desk and dead roaches in the tub. The smell was so overwhelming. This hotel was beyond nasty, creepy, and sketchy! We got another room on another floor but the smell of chemicals was very strong, you could not walk without shoes on and the white bath towel when stepped on turned brown! The outside area was trashed with food, cigarettes and trash. We wedged an ironing board in between our door handle and a table bc there wasn't a lock above the door. This stay was unacceptable and I would NEVER stay there again.
Apr 23, 2025 · Carolyn CollinsThe first night was very noisy until after 2am, loud people in the hallway and doors slamming. The room was dirty under the desk in the room. Came back to our room the 2nd day at 2:00 pm and my nightshirt was taken from on top of my pillow and had been put onto the nightstand - eww, the dirty facecloths and towels had been taken and we never got clean towels back and they didn't make or change the bed. The front desk service was excellent - very polite and friendly. We stayed there because this hotel had a 7.2 rating. No way is this hotel that nice. Pay the extra money and stay at a nicer, cleaner, more quiet hotel!!!! Definitely would not recommended this Comfort Inn.
Apr 19, 2025 · P!! Top 2 of the NASTIEST hotel I’ve even stepped foot in!! They are blaming it on the remodel. A remodel does not make a hotel smell of drugs and pure filth. The lobby was decent. Once I started the long treacherous hike to my room I realized that I had fouled up. The deeper the halls led, the worse the smells got. All the exterior doors on the hotel only lead to another hazardous situation. People lingering the halls smoking cigarettes, dogs barking, kids screaming and adults fighting in the hallways. If the health department wanted to shut them down, a hole couldn’t be dug deep enough to bury that God forsaken place. I made all but 20 minutes there before I had to load my bags. The best remodel they could do would be to tear it down and start from scratch.
