The room was nice and clean, and they were even considerate enough to turn the air on for us, which was amazing because most places don’t. The only thing is, there’s no ventilation in these rooms and it feels extremely damp, when I unpacked my things I went to grab my hat later and it felt wet and there’s no way to get that out of your room because there’s no Way to open the door and there was no vent in the bathroom to turn on. Location can be kind of tricky if you have to take a left turn to get in there at a certain time of day good luck, taking a right turn is sometimes the best option and then you have to go down and turn around to go to the other direction if you need to. The only thing that would keep me from staying here again is the fact of how damp the room is, I left some Pepperidge farm cookies sitting on the desk overnight and the next day they felt like sponges.

Jun 18, 2025 · WynterDawnWhen checking in, the front desk employee was more interested in his food delivery than helping us through the check in process. Once our card was processed he didn't speak to us again, just put the key on the counter. The hallway carpet was not just worn but was actually worn through to the subfloor in many areas. I will say that the room itself was nicely decorated and the carpet in the room was not worn like the hall carpet. My husband got out of the shower and unfolded the towel only to find what appeared to be fresh blood but we were hoping it might have been nail polish? Definitely not makeup... We didn't want to touch it to investigate. UGH The bed is on a metal platform that sounded like shaking a panel of aluminum siding every time you moved. When we showed the manager the towel upon checking out and suggested he may want to have housekeeping look at all the towels in the room to be sure we didn't have just one questionable towel he said he was sure that we only had one stained towel, they change them every day. Clearly that isn't the case. We won't be staying there again
Feb 23, 2025 · MARY BYRNEThe lady that checked me in was wonderful, however the guy was very rude.i accidentally locked my key in the room I went to the front desk at 7:30 no one was there. Asked other staff was told I had to wait. When the guy showed up 45 mins later I asked why they didn't have anyone before he came in at 8:15. I was told they had staff just not at the front desk and that's why they had a sign saying they would be back shortly. I explained i waited almost an hour I was told it was my fault and he haf to take kids to school before he came into work.
Apr 15, 2025 · Daniel StatonDon’t come here. As a long time member, I was eventually flabbergasted at what awaited me. Behind the counter was an old man with a revolver on his hip that took about 10 minutes just to hand me a card, no envelope, and say the room number, that’s it. I went to the room and it didn’t work. He then told me someone was in there and I had to go knock! I didn’t even know what to say. We reserved three rooms, two had checked in already and I was third. He wasn’t giving me a room, making it seem like I should share a room. I patiently explained but he just looked lost and just kept clicking the mouse continuously. After 25 minute, he finally gave me an old run down room next to the elevator that had see through curtains with led lighting right outside the window. Big holes in the carpet everywhere, bad odor, and an uncomfortable feel. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a comfort inn. What a waste of money
Mar 11, 2025 · Sam TamasOkay soooooooo the trip started out great everything was going great, there was lots of food places near by, the pool besides the water being ice lol, it was quiet and peaceful. Last night I asked the woman about my late check out benefits I had for being a member and she said the latest check out was 12:30 so I thought okay cool but then this morning come and housekeeping knocking at my door telling me we have to check out at 11 even thou I was trying to explain what i was told last night and I thought to myself okay maybe they didn't tell them what I was told last night which is lack of communication on the front desk part and then my phone ring and the man at the desk trying to tell me I had no late check out and I was trying to tell him the situation but he was being rude and kept interrupting me and making me feel like it's my fault but it's not my problem that she didn't put it in they notes or that she didn't tell me him and/or housekeeping and he hung up the call on me while I was still speaking which is so disrespectful. Everything was good besides this incident and because of this , I will not be coming back. I will not be treated disrespectfully just because yall don't communication among each other.
