For only one night’s stay, it was pretty alright. I only spent time checking in and the night in my room. Pros: The two front desk receptionists I talked to were very positive to work with and accommodating. At check in I waited behind a gentleman who wouldn’t stop asking and accusing the receptionist about a $50 deposit on his room. The receptionist answered professionally and thanked me for not arguing with her. We both had a laugh at this. She also generously offered either first or second floor. When I had left in a rush, I couldn’t find my room key. Thinking I left it in the room, the other receptionist was able to look up my booking for check out with just my name and told me not to worry about it. When I found the key in my pocket, I came back and to return it. I apologized for stealing and the receptionist and I had a laugh. It is always the people who make the business. The room was clean and inviting I really appreciated the light switch being self illuminated. Cons: The mattress was a too firm for my liking and the pillows were just too thin just using one, but too think using two. The combination of these lead to me getting poor sleep. I honestly don’t truly blame the hotel for this. I believe this to be more of a preferential issue. The thermostat could only go down to 65F which is a bit worm for my liking. But again, preferential. The refrigerator froze my drinks and food. Conclusion: I would recommend anyone this hotel if they needed a place to sleep. But I wouldn’t call it luxurious for my visit.

Jan 11, 2025 · Thomas McCormickAs others mentioned this is a fine hotel for the price. My room was comfortable, nice clean shower, large TV, friendly night staff. Breakfast was exactly what you would expect. Not amazing but a decent variety. I would absolutely stay here again.
Jan 13, 2025 · DJ JenningsThe staff at this hotel secretly charge guests’ credit cards without permission—beware! I paid for my reservation a month in advance, but when I checked in, I found a pair of socks left by a previous guest in the room, clearly showing it hadn’t been properly cleaned. I requested a different room, but it was still dirty, so I had to switch a third time. The next day, I discovered that the hotel had charged me an extra $160. The staff member responsible was not new—they knew exactly how to process payments but deliberately took unauthorized money from my card. Fortunately, I checked my bank account the next day and caught the issue. When I reported it to management, they brushed it off as a "staff mistake." This was clearly not a mistake—it was blatant theft. This employee should be fired. Additionally, this same staff member was extremely rude at check-in and became visibly impatient when we asked to switch rooms. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
Feb 16, 2025 · Dom GaoI book for a company and this hotel was been nothing short of perfect to deal with. Their rates are amazing, the staff is very communicative and thorough, and they go above and beyond to accommodate. I will most definitely continue to book with them as long as we are in the area!
Apr 03, 2025 · Megan BlakleyThis is an okay hotel for the price. The Internet was fast and stable and the rooms were clean. The bed was a bit stiff and the sheets scratchy. Also, my key stopped working half way through my stay.
