We really liked the location of this hotel. It was an easy Uber ride to Broadway St. and much more affordable. Very nice and clean for the price! Very modern and updated. The staff were very friendly. My only thing that doesn’t make it a five star is a lack of a good working TV. The signal went out during a storm. And there were only a few channels. We usually don’t watch much TV but due to the storm we were back in the room early.

Jun 17, 2025 · Amy ShultzWe booked a room for June 2, 2025, stopping through on our way to Florida. The pool room is HEATED. Holy smokes it was so warm that I was sweating sitting there. It would feel amazing in the winter. The water was nice and warm for the kids in the shallow end. It starts at 2 feet and goes to 5+ feet. In the evening, it is just as warm! The pool is open 10am - 10pm. Of note, there were 2 pool towels when we got there at 4pm. We used them and it looks as if the towels were never restocked when we came back at 8. Our room was on the first floor, which is basically the basement but closest to the pool. It was pretty quiet and a decent room overall. Not the best, but not the worst. It had a shower only, so not ideal for young kids. The cable TV channels start at 32, FYI. The front desk was helpful letting us know that.
Jun 04, 2025 · Kelly MonahanOverall, the hotel was clean and the location was convenient, but there were several issues that impacted our stay. The walls were very thin, so noise from other guests—and even conversations outside—came through clearly. Unfortunately, this made it hard to sleep, especially when a couple had a loud conversation just outside our window at 4 a.m. Speaking of sleep, the blinds didn’t fully close, which meant the room stayed brighter than we would have liked. For anyone who needs a dark room, this could be a real drawback. We also noticed some mold spots in the shower, which made us question how thorough the cleaning process was. The most frustrating part was that housekeeping ignored the Do Not Disturb sign, knocking and trying to open the door—twice—in the early morning hours. That really crossed a line for us in terms of guest privacy. This hotel might be fine for heavy sleepers or short stays, but it’s not one I’d be quick to return to.
Jun 12, 2025 · Ashley SilvaI stayed here on my last night in Nashville with one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. We had the best time with him on broadway and I didn’t get his name unfortunately before I left. The hotel was nice and very accommodating in my brief stay.
Jun 07, 2025 · JessIf you can pay correctly to the managers who keep asking for different cards and different money, despite having a bill in front of them, they will call the cops. They also took a camera from my partner and robbed her and then threw her out. Luckily, we pay with credit cards so that when people rob us they can’t get away with it and we are choice preferred members so it’s not a problem. It’s just embarrassing because this hotel did have roaches and I did call Miss Darce and the front desk about it, and Sterling was very kind but the rest of the staff incredibly incompetent but they did call the cops. The cops were right in the south we know how to deal with cops where we’re from.
