The La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville Downtown/Stadium boasts an incredibly strategic location at 315 Interstate Dr, Nashville, TN 37213, USA. For us locals, this address immediately signals its proximity to one of Nashville's most significant landmarks: Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans. Being "right next to the Titans Stadium" means that if you're in town for a game, concert, or any event held there, you literally couldn't ask for a more convenient spot. The hotel offers direct views of the stadium and the stunning Nashville skyline at night, as noted by a satisfied guest.
Its position just off I-24 and I-40 makes it highly accessible for those traveling by car from various parts of Tennessee or beyond. This easy highway access is a huge plus, especially for quick trips in and out of the city. While one review mentioned a challenge with truck parking, noting a small lot and the need to park next door for a U-Haul and trailer, the hotel does offer a parking ramp for standard vehicles. It's important to clarify specific parking needs directly with the hotel if you're arriving in an oversized vehicle. Secure self-parking is available for a fee ($25 per day with in/out privileges), and secured valet parking is also offered ($30 per day).
Beyond the stadium, the hotel's location offers excellent accessibility to downtown Nashville's vibrant attractions. Broadway's honky-tonks, the Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and Bridgestone Arena are all just a short drive away, often within minutes. Public transportation options and readily available ride-sharing services also make navigating the city from this location quite convenient. For those visiting Vanderbilt University or other local institutions, the drive is relatively short. The area around the hotel is continually developing, especially with improvements related to the stadium, promising an even better experience in the future. This prime location truly puts guests at the heart of Nashville's action, while still providing easy ingress and egress from the interstate.

We only had one complaint with this hotel -- we called ahead to confirm there was truck parking (we had a U-Haul truck and trailer) - there definitely WAS NOT. There is a small parking lot next to the hotel which they use for trucks, but there was no way our truck could fit there. We ended up parking at the hotel next door and prayed we wouldn't get towed. For our second vehicle, however, they do have a parking ramp. The location of the hotel is ideal if you are attending any activities in Nashville - we were right next to the Titans Stadium. We were traveling through so it wasn't the most convenient, but it all worked out. We had a city view room and a gorgeous view of the skyline at night (as well as the stadium). Once the construction on the new stadium clears up it will greatly improve the area. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. We got in late after driving all day, so we didn't get to partake in the food or bar -- but it's a beautiful hotel. The continental breakfast area was beautiful as well, and the cook was very kind and took pride in his work. Many breakfast options and a beautiful presentation. It was a wonderful change from the norm. If we are ever in Nashville for fun, I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
Jun 02, 2025 · Katie ValandraI'm going to be as straightforward as I can- Room 823 at La Quinta Inn on Interstate next to Nissan Stadium has bedbugs. My wife and I planned a trip to Nashville to see a concert, didn't want to drive back 3 hours in the dead of night, booked a hotel. Decent pricing for Nashville, and just a short drive away from the venue we went to. Check in was super easy, and the front desk was super nice. We get in our room about 2:30pm, we relax for a bit before heading to our show at 4. We come back at 11:15ish? We take our showers, and as I was rolling over to turn off the lamp, I see a bug crawl across the backboard of the bed set. I didn't have my glasses on, but I went and grabbed a Kleenex, snagged the bug, and sure enough, it's a flat red bedbug (pics included) After getting up and moving around, smaller bugs and larger ones crawl all over the headboard and the pillows we were on. Hotel staff, lovely as anyone I could imagine, got security up to our room and took video. His name was David, and the security company he works for is hired out by La Quinta from what he told us. After he confirmed, we all went down to the front desk and they moved us to a different floor, and gave us bags to put our stuff in. The front desk said that she took off parking, but was unable to give me an answer about anything else as it would have to be a managers decision, which I totally understand. I will be down in the lobby tomorrow morning to talk to them. We are now in our new room, confirmed there were no bedbugs on this bed, and I see that I've already got some spots popping up from where my arm was under the pillow (pics included). A few bags of ours were on the bed when we left our room this afternoon, and I really hope we don't have to toss them. Again, we will get with the manager in the morning, we are just super upset we'll have to deal with this for a few days to make sure our house doesn't become contaminated. Update 1: just spoke with the manager, David, super nice and explained that Orkin will come out and tear the room down to find everything and get that sorted out. He said that once Orkin is finished, then we'd move forward with what they can do for us. Update 2: Manager David called me at 1:11pm CST while I was on the way home from Nashville at , and he said that Orkin still hadn't arrived, but he was going to work with Booking.com, where I had reserved the room from, to get a refund started. Got home safely, just put everything we could in the washer with vinegar to hopefully help kill anything that hit head a ride. I will probably have to toss my backpack and my wife's toat bag as they were both on the bed when we were out of the room.
Jun 18, 2025 · Samuel EssaryBooked a room for the AC/DC concert 5/21/25. Location was perfect. Concert was rescheduled for the next day due to inclement weather. Not the hotels fault, but talk about price gouging! Ended up paying $605 for the next night! Spoke to other guests and the price range was near the same for them too. Ridiculous, but was already there. The other rooms were being booked again quickly. Also the rooms AC was not working properly. Had maintenance come up and look at it. Took an hour for them to respond. Had to call the front desk 2xs to have them respond. Other guests complained that the refrigerator wasn't working well either. For future guests: They charge you a $100 damage fee that you will have to pay separately for each day you stay. Also there's a $25.00 fee for each day for parking in the garage. When you ask for extra linens aka washcloths from the attendants they won't give them to you. Also when you leave the parking garage by the lift gate there is a drop off box for your room cards to be placed in. The elevators: There are two sides of buttons to use. One side is to get to the rooms. The other is to get to the garage. Make sure you have your room cards, you have to use it to operate the elevators. The elevators are slow. Trying to get a hold of the front desk is beyond ridiculous. Hope this helps others.
May 23, 2025 · January MahonMy husband and I stayed her for our honeymoon and we were very impressed! The hotel looked brand new. We got the standard king room and it was very spacious, very clean! Breakfast was great - lots of options both hot and cold (including pancakes and waffles). We were most impressed with the friendliness of the staff! Every staff member was willing to help and answer our questions. First time visiting Nashville so we needed guidance! Also love how secure it was; you need a key card to use the elevator as well as accessing the parking garage. So glad we chose this hotel and we will definitely be back!
May 01, 2025 · Misti WalkerNice, relatively newly constructed La Quinta. However - I would advise to NOT book a “city view” room. Heavy construction machinery and banging and whistles started at 630am. Like 6 cherry pickers, generators, forklifts, front end loaders. Everything fired up nice and early. Nothing but a view of a construction site for the new football stadium with a sliver of downtown. Hotel seems clean and staff was friendly and reasonable. But next time I will spend the extra money to be on the west side of the river at another hotel, or less money to have a room on the opposite side of this hotel without an unwelcome wake-up call.
