I ended up here because I thought it was a different hotel that I stayed at previously. Not a great spot for a hotel. It was just off in a corner that's sort of a rundown end of a neighborhood..... Very weird! The hotel was clean but frankly it looked old and is in need of an upgrade. Some of the guests on the first floor were extremely loud. They were blasting music! I'm surprised the hotel staff didn't request that they keep the noise down. The room was nice in the bed was very comfy. However I don't plan on staying at this location again.

Now for the rooms, it depends, my first room was fine but a lot of noise. My second room was a little bit worse, the shower made an annoying noise, paint in the shower, paint coming off the wall and the AC didn't cool properly.

May 15, 2025 · Nicckithe hotel was great: the guest rooms and the common areas were all extremely clean and recently updated. The guest room we stayed in was set up as a suite; it was very spacious with unusually high ceilings and laid out very well with the bathroom in between the two rooms leaving a nice separation between the bedroom and the lounging room. So an easy five stars garnered there. The service was awesome, the front desk representative who initially checked us in was a young man who was extremely professional and polite, attentive and welcoming! He was able to accommodate our request for an early check-in at no extra cost, which was awesome because of the amount of traveling we had just done. And all the other staff were very pleasant and welcoming as well. Another easy 5 stars. So now I will explain the 3 stars for 'location'. Where are the hotel is located right off of 175 at route 1, is a great location almost halfway point between DC and Baltimore central to many things. So that should give it 5 stars. However, actually getting to the hotel was not that easy. While one is sitting at the light on 175 at route 1 (facing eastward) they can easily see the logo sign on the hotel on the north side of 175 rising above the trees. However, after you make the turn on to route 1 heading north, you have to go all the way to the next light to make the left hand turn, and that just gets you into a somewhat newer large development that requires the driver to take several turns before they reach the hotel, and we did not see one sign directing us to turn here or there. Since both of our phones were dead at the moment we had no navigator, and thus finding the hotel was a bit challenging and a little time consuming as some of the roads we chose to turn on to were not correct. Not sure if the onus is on the hotel to put up signs for patrons trying to find the establishment? or if it's the responsibility of the developers of that community? Or perhaps even the county? But come on, either put up some signs, or make a more direct route to this hotel! One last note, the pool was closed for renovations, would have been really nice to be able to use this amenity, but it's getting harder and harder to find a room at a hotel with an open pool.

I have stayed in many hotels, and some front desk clerks are very slow and make a very simple check-in very complicated. You need to wait at least 10 minutes to get your room key, but Elijah completed my check-in procedures within 5 minutes and gave me the room key. The process was very easy and pleasant. The room here is very large and very comfortable, overall very good!
