Absolutely unacceptable – avoid at all costs My fiancé made a reservation for this hotel back in February and paid in full. Upon checking in today, the hotel charged his card again, claiming the reservation was never paid—even though we provided both a receipt and a bank statement as proof. We were told we’d have to wait until checkout to speak with a manager. When we got to our room, we discovered the lock was completely missing—the latch looked like it had been ripped off. We didn’t feel safe, so we requested a room change. The second room wasn’t much better: there was a screw sticking out of the wall, the shower was dirty, and while this door had a lock, the screws on the latch were loose and it barely functioned. Again, we didn’t feel safe. We ultimately decided to leave the hotel altogether. The front desk refused to help us with a refund or reverse the extra charges and told us to call back in the morning to speak with the manager. It’s now almost 2 a.m. and we just received a third charge on our card—for a hotel we’re not even staying in. This place is unsafe, mismanaged, and dishonest. Think twice before booking here. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Your rooms are not that great for the front staff to be turning me away as a repeat customer, that’s simply dirty and disrespectful and just bad business. I paid for my reservation online and was ready to check in and tired at 11:30pm when the staff decided to be rude for no reason and ask me $100 “deposit” for a two day stay. Disgusting. Why did they never ask for that before? Not only will they lie and tell you that the reservation was canceled when they turn you away, they’re also simply not that clean when it comes to the rooms you have to keep calling cleaning service or change rooms. Im about to stay at the hilton for almost the same price less than 5 minutes away this establishment will not get my business again

Avoid This Hotel - Unprofessional Staff and Hidden Charges I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my family (3 adults and 2 children aged 14 and 15). The problems began immediately when they charged me an additional $100, claiming my children were considered adults. This was never mentioned beforehand, and when I asked for a receipt, they refused to provide one. It took me two days after checking out to finally get the receipt, and I was shocked to see the extra charge. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful service from the staff member who checked us in, Gnaray. He accused us of lying, claimed there were 8 people in our party (which was false), and handled the situation terribly. When I requested to speak to the manager, he did apologize and acknowledged that there was a mistake after reviewing the footage, but still refused to refund the extra charge. Two months later, I am still dealing with this issue, and every time I reach out, they continue to lie about the number of people in our party. It’s clear they are trying to scam their customers and make extra money in deceptive ways. To top it off, the breakfast area was infested with roaches—absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other places that value their guests and maintain a professional, clean environment. Stay away from this one if you can.
