We stayed here for 3 days while we were visiting a family member in the hospital. The staff was extremely nice . The rooms were decent enough for the price but the 3rd day we noticed a cockroach crawling on our tv screen. Then we noticed more. The only response we got was we will spray after you leave. I would suggest if you stay here that you don't bring your luggage into your home before you spray everything down or risk bringing them into your home.

Check in is always accommodating, friendly, quick & easy...rooms have always been clean. I especially want to thank the manager (Tanquila - not sure how to spell it) she was quick to respond to any issues and made us feel valued...the staff are obviously a reflection of her awesome attitude very personable and caring! We will continue to stay here in the future.

The rooms were clean, staff pleasant and professional, and breakfast had hot and cold options (no made-to-order options). The check-in staff allowed me to see and smell the room before signing into the room (allergies). The property is like a combination hotel/motel with many room accessible from the street but many with interior access. I did not see an elevator, but there may have been one. We accessed our second floor rooms through stairwells. The property is within walking distance of Denny's and IHOP, there is a mall across the interstate, and the location in a pleasant area. We would definitely stay there again

I have been using your hotel for a year now as my base for my business trips to the New Brunswick area. I live in Baltimore, so I am in that area a couple of times a month. I had been enjoying it until a couple of months or so ago when the person I have had to deal with upon check in was no longer one of the very polite and professional people but a red-headed man who has at every check in behaved disrespectfully and unprofessionally. I am therefore no longer going to be using your hotel. I do not need someone to spoil my mood -- especially when I am spending my own money in the transaction. I urge you to get rid of the person who is now the main interface between your business and your customers. He is going to cost you real money. Hire only people who understand that getting someone to be your customer is a great privilege and that in order to keep that customer, you need to continually earn that privilege. I wish you the best.
