My husband and I stayed at this establishment so that we could attend a wedding in Mannheim at the booking house. Some folks in the reviews state it’s dated and what not. I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable, the pool area was very nice, and the lounge area was warm and inviting. I loved the experience so much I want to come back again around Christmas with our kids for a fun family trip. It reminded me of the resort hotels of yesteryear and that’s what I loved. Even the folks who were staying there were really nice. It’s also in a great location. There’s plenty of restaurants, the ranger outlets are like 2 minutes away (probably could walk), center city Lancaster is 15 minutes away, and there was a Wawa across the road. Very family oriented and I just loved this place. I will be back with my family.

Apr 26, 2025 · Allison StroughFirst time visit. The rooms were clean. Service was good. Conveniently located close to nearby attractions. Breakfast included a continental breakfast which was made up of mostly bagels. Would have liked to have seen a couple other options.
Apr 27, 2025 · Steve EcclestonPlace was great. I have a service animal, and I went back out to the car to get stuff, left. The room slightly ajared, and he decided to come out and mosey on down to where people were getting popcorn. Now understand my service, animal is a pit bull. The front desk did not even complain one. Time to me about him. The rooms are, I would say outdated, but rustic like if this place was anywhere but its location. It would be 10 out of 10, but you can see that there been problems with people coming to the hotel that don't belong there. The way the security features are set up, but that's understanding nowadays...
Apr 07, 2025 · Brian MillerSweet and quaint hotel, with country and Amish decor. We had a clean and comfortable room. There are cute little reading nooks around the hotel, lots of resources available and a puzzle area in the lobby. They have a nice pool and hot tub open to guests throughout the day that we enjoyed. They have coffee, tea, and water available around the clock and serve fresh popcorn for a few hours a day too which we thought was so cute. The hotel is located right in the midst of shopping areas, recreational spots, popular tourist sights, and beautiful countrysides. There’s even a restaurant/bar right next door that delivers. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Will definitely be our go to place to stay in the area from now on!
Dec 18, 2024 · Marykate BlumWe took a bus tour to Lancaster, and the operator selected this property. It felt dated but in a warm, comforting way. Rooms were very large with all the typical amenities. Direct TV with full HBO. The bathroom was large, bright, and clean with a walk-in shower. Bfast was in a separate building. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, bagels, juices, and coffee/tea. And there is 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. If your preference is for Uber modern motel chains, you will not be happy here. But if you are looking for something warmer and welcoming, you could do worse.
