Stayed he for my daughter's dance competition. Rayna at the front desk was super helpful, and the manager was wonderful. He upgraded my room at no extra charge! Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathroom is a touch small but fine. Some of the hallways could use some TLC, but other than that it's very nice. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are very nice spots!

Mar 01, 2025 · D KThe location was excellent. It’s in the middle of everything. The room was a little dark and the pillows were way too fluffy. Other than that it’s fine if you want to spend the night there. The lobby is really pretty and the pool is cool too.
Apr 18, 2025 · Lee StatAbsolutely Disgusting and a Total Rip-Off – Never Again! I don't even know where to start because our stay was a nightmare from the moment we walked in. The convention center was okay. Our room was filthy — grime built up in the shower, stained floors, and tables that looked like they hadn't been wiped down in months. To make matters worse, there was no manager available at any point to address these issues — apparently, management just doesn't exist at this Wyndham. We paid an extra $50 for extended checkout, only to have our keys deactivated at 11 a.m. anyway. What exactly were we paying for?! On top of that, we were charged $30 for a rollout bed after being told it would only be $20. Nothing but scams and hidden fees everywhere you turn. The dining experience was even worse. The server literally handled our hot dogs and buns with his bare hands — no gloves, no utensils — just his bare hands. Absolutely revolting. And to top it off, my husband found a *long arm hair* in his frappe. I'm gagging just thinking about it. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had — and to add insult to injury, it was outrageously expensive. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this disaster. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me. Save your money and your sanity — stay anywhere else.
Apr 27, 2025 · Jiyonnah OwensThe exterior of the hotel and the lobby were nice, but when we entered the elevator with our luggage, there were 2 large unattended garbage bags leaking on the floor with a terrible stench. Needless to say, we were turned off immediately. While the room and bathroom were large, the lighting was poor, and the bathroom lacked any counter space for our personal toiletries or clean change of clothes when showering. Along with that, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the exhaust fan was filthy. Considering this is a wyndam proerty, we were not impressed at all.
Apr 21, 2025 · Richard LarussoChecked in and was directed to room 143, which was already occupied. We were then given room 340 which had a broken thermostat and no heat, which was coincidentally on the night of a large snowstorm. We were then given room 338, which is fine, but had a broken hair dryer. The halls are a maze, and there is no complete map anywhere on how to navigate to the lobby. We passed several doors that had their handles and locks cut out and were slightly agape and dark inside, and the front clerk was mostly clueless about much of anything. The 2nd floor area where the elevators opened up to was covered in trash and puke was on the floor. The food in the cafe display fridge up front was potentially moldy, or made of something I couldn't describe, but I did see a whole peeled banana in one of the clear, plastic containers. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The maintenance man was exceedingly gracious and polite, however. I have never written such a poor review in my life. If this is what I can expect of a Wyndham, I'd rather never stay at one again.
