I booked this location because of its proximity to the airport and they advertise that they had an airport shuttle that ran on schedule. When I arrived, I called and was told that the shuttle would run every 30 minutes and should be there momentarily. I waited half an hour and no one showed up so I tried to call the hotel… It took four calls before anyone answered, and then they told me I needed to request a shuttle and that it did not run unless there was a request. When I got to the hotel check in was relatively easy. I went to my room and noted that it was not the cleanest. A few minutes after I checked in, I got a text message that said they only clean the rooms every three days. That seemed like a very long time to me. Within a few minutes I realize there was no soap in the bathroom, so I went downstairs to ask for some. I was told that they were out of soap hotel wide, but they offered me hair conditioner as a means to wash my hands. It went downhill from there. By the end of the evening, I had discovered a filthy upholstered bench in my room, no body wash in the shower, a quarter. Roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no back up roll. Apparently, I am far too forgiving, because I allowed them the opportunity to correct these issues. The next morning I received a text message asking about my stay and I detailed every issue. I got a text message back saying I would hear from the front office shortly. 7 1/2 hours later I had still not heard from the front office, So I sent a text to which I got the same auto text back saying I would hear from them shortly. The second morning in the hotel, my son woke up with a bug in his bed. At that point, I went downstairs and told them that I was checking out. The manager, Siri, looked a little confused and I told her why I was checking out early. When I told her that there was a bug in his bed she shrugged and said “OK”. No concern, no alarm, nothing besides OK. I told her that I would like compensation for the last two nights because of the condition of the room and their failure to service it. She told me that I would have to talk to the general manager. It should also be noted that the entire hotel absolutely reeks of marijuana. Not just one random person breaking the rules, but the type of stench that hit you like a wall.

May 27, 2025 · Rebecca McNutt***PLEASE READ !!! I booked a two-night stay and ended up leaving after just one night due to a roach in our room. This wasn’t just a one-off bug — roaches are a sign of a deeper sanitation problem. I immediately brought it to the front desk’s attention and showed proof. Their response? “We’ll spray and tell housekeeping.” That’s not a proper solution when pests are involved. Eventually, they moved us to another room, but the damage was done. We no longer felt comfortable or safe staying in the hotel, especially knowing the issue wasn’t being taken seriously. We ended up leaving early and didn’t stay the second night. Despite everything, the hotel refused to take full responsibility. They told us to contact the third-party booking site (Hopper) and denied any wrongdoing on their end. Hopper had to reach out multiple times just to get us a refund for the one night we didn’t stay — which the hotel reluctantly agreed to. I have photo evidence of the roach and am sharing it publicly to warn others. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to stay. The experience was stressful and disappointing, and the lack of proper customer care made it worse. Lady In the photo is the one to beware about also!!! She flicked me off as I was telling her I have kids in the room and that the situation was not right. This place will be reporter to the BBB and health inspectors.
Jun 01, 2025 · Nick GounelisI found the cleanliness of the facilities to be quite disappointing. There was mold present in various areas, which raised concerns for us as guests. We communicated our concerns to the front desk, but I was surprised by the response that we could check out if we wished. I do not recommend.
Jul 28, 2025 · Jean MorneauThe nice man who did breakfast was the best part of the stay, even though two of the 4 nights they “ran out of eggs”. Rooms floors were still very gross when we checked in, sticky and just dirty! Room didn’t seem to have been cleaned besides maybe bedding changed. The bath did not have a plug (working with a person with disabilities and needs to take a bath, will not shower) so this made it difficult. There also looked to be mold above the tub/shower. *picture of dirty towel was barely moving a wet towel over floor in bathroom* The whole hotel smelt like weed all 4 days we were there. Which is crazy! You could also hear everything going on through the other rooms and everyone slamming doors in the middle of the night. Hotel staff were nice for the most part and had a maid come and “clean the room” (took her two minutes to do it all besides making beds) and the floors were still very sticky and dirty after.
Jun 07, 2025 · Kelsey DiedeThis is a terrific hotel!!! My son and I had a spacious room, and bathroom. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. There is also an exercise room. The breakfast meal was very good too. We were very pleased with our stay there.
