I don't really get most of the negative reviews. I'll address some of the things I've read: - yes there is a damage deposit. pretty standard stuff. - the rooms aren't spotless and they are a bit on the older side, but they're perfectly nice for a budget hotel. - cleanliness was fine too. it's budget hotel clean, not five star hotel clean. all the important stuff was clean. - service was great. Pam was super nice and helpful. - it's not a sketchy area, there are no sketchy people hanging out. all of the airport hotels are in this area side by side. Overall? Best value for my stay in Milwaukee.

So I stayed there the beginning of the month and I have to say it wasn’t that great. The $100 deposit I was shock by that. So I paid it and never got it back. It’s been well over 10 days. To get my deposit back I’m still waiting. So anyway it smelled like weed, urine, and cat litter. My pillows I could smell previously guest swear/ body odor on the sheets and pillows. My mom went to The front desk to ask for a different sheets and pillows so after she did that, she left to go shopping and I stay at the hotel and I waited three hours to get new pillows and new sheets. I myself had to go up to the front desk and tell them I’ve been waiting. The front desk told me that he was waiting for someone. The next day, my daughter was looking for my other daughter‘s shoe under the bed and my daughter, phone adult diapers under the bed and garbage. i’ve been a housekeeper for 15 years and never seen a room so dirty like that The only plus about the room was the shower it was accessible.. we try to make the best out of the situation. I bought my own cleaning stuff just to have a clean room.. I wanted to sleep in my car. So we called to ask about the hundred dollar deposit and they said that they’re taking away cleaning service and I’m like what cleaning they never did cleaning and if they did, they did a bad job. I don’t recommend staying there only if you’re gonna hook up with someone or do drugs cause that’s all there is at that hotel. Not a good place for family.

This hotel has a $100 “refundable” fee tacked on to your room when checking in for a security deposit. I agreed to this, signed for the amount of the room, plus the $100. Then a $28 fee popped up on my card a few minutes after we went up to the room. I went down, notified them, they said it was a “system mistake” and that they would refund it. The next day the extra charge went up to $100. So now I’m $350 deep into this place for two nights. I went down again and talked to staff. She could not “understand”. A lady in the lobby said this happens every time she stays there and now she’s just pays cash when she wants to hook up. I inadvertently talked to another couple on their way to hook up when I was leaving the lobby and they said don’t ever use a card here. Lots of advice from people coming from or going to hook up. Also, the breakfast room is storage and is locked. I was at breakfast area at 7am. They said i was too early. I came down at 8am and they said that someone had ate it all. So in summation, they overcharge your card, they don’t have a breakfast room, they lie to you, but at least lots of people are hooking up in the rooms.

People at the desk were very friendly. Rooms were good. Nothing exceptional, but they were clean. Shuttle service was great, on time and helpful. Shower was great. We flew in during February 12th storm. Decided to stay another night and was given the room at half price. Thank you!! And parking was free.

The entire place is rundown, what makes it worst, for a 1/8 star motel, they ask for $100 security deposit which they will still hold up to 5 days after you leave this crap. As a former CFO of a local bank, if this motel wanted to release the held funds after your stay, they would ensure that's you get your funds within a day. I usually book Motel 6, which is 100 times better than this dump and better customer service. The staff at the front desk needs to go to a customer service training program. There is a saying from back home, cheap ting no good, and good ting no cheap. My friend warned me about the staff and rooms, and it really sucks. 1. Have that team member who knows he is in the business of meeting expectations of human beings. 2. Release security deposit within 1 day and don't blame the bank for if it was their money. They would ensure they attain their money within a day. 3. If you have a lower priced facility, at least have your staff pretend they are happy to serve the customers. Goodwill goes a long way for reputation. 4. I read other reviews by many other dissatisfied customers, and the owner responded, indicating that changes would be made. Given my experience, it's apparent that you need to get staff that actually cares and understands what true customer service is. You need to remove those who are creating the low rated reviews. The only thing with class is the outside sign. In as much my review presented dissatisfaction with the front desk staff, I wish to express my satisfaction with having my security deposit returned within a day.
