Extremely Disappointed – Poor Maintenance and Cleanliness The entire hotel has extremely poor air quality and circulation. The AC in the room was set at 60°, and it never got cool—just stayed warm and muggy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, making the humidity even worse. The bathroom itself was disgusting. The tile floor is stained, filthy, and falling apart. The grout is almost completely worn away in places, and the tiles are chipped and cracked. The shower is a joke—they used a Walmart-brand shower head, poorly mounted to the wall using drywall screws. It’s aimed toward the opposite wall and barely functions. The shower handle was cracked, and it looks like they tried to super glue it back together rather than replace it. The walls throughout the hotel are filthy, with mismatched paint, patch jobs, and scuff marks everywhere. The room door was missing the handle entirely—it had a big open hole where the lock should be, offering no sense of security. On top of that, none of the exterior key card doors work, so you’re forced to walk all the way around to the main entrance every time, no matter where your room is located. The lobby had a giant cockroach casually crawling across the floor when I stepped outside. Clearly, cleanliness and pest control are not priorities here. The entire place feels incredibly cheap and neglected. You don’t even get a hair dryer in the room—you have to check one out from the front desk, and they write your room number down like they’re expecting you to steal it. This property is in such a bad state it should not be operating. It desperately needs a full renovation and new management. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The motel 6 down the street is 10x nicer

Jun 17, 2025 · Trevor AlwanI recently booked this hotel for my daughter‘s birthday. When arriving to check in, I realized that I had booked it for the following day and not the current day. I was then told, by the front desk, to reserve it for that current day, and they would cancel my initial reservation and I would be refunded. This was on Friday. On Tuesday I realized I had not received a cancellation email or any correspondence of the cancellation. All day yesterday I had to call the hotel front desk several times to find out why I hadn’t received a cancellation code email. Several times I was told the manager was not in and that was who had to process the refund. When the person at the front desk looked into my initial reservation, they said that I was a no-show, which was untrue because I was at the hotel the prior day. I was also told that they would have to message the manager in order to process the cancellation. Finally, I was able to speak to some other manager named Kenny, and he insisted that my refund would be processed that same day, yesterday which was Tuesday, and he would give me a call. I never received any further calls for the rest of the day. Now this is almost $150 that the hotel was supposed to process a refund for me. This is only my second time staying at this hotel, which is very very outdated. However, the location and price was decent. I will be disputing this charge and escalating this incident because now you guys have stolen my money. This is very unacceptable for a private business to perform unprofessional actions such as telling a customer they will be refunded and never actually going through with that process.

I stayed for a few days, and the cleanliness was consistent throughout. The breakfast was satisfying and never felt like an afterthought. Solid choice!

The room was clean and felt very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was a real highlight — fresh, tasty, and with enough variety to please anyone. I’d happily stay again.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Housekeeping was timely and did a great job every day. Breakfast had a nice mix of options and tasted really fresh. This place is a hidden gem!
