Jun 04, 2025 · Danielle HarringtonThe property is a little tired but housekeeping and the front of house service was great. They provided a small welcome bag with a bottle of water and a little snack which many properties have stopped doing. Everything in the room worked but could use a refresh. If you need to be in West Knoxville the location is great also. In today's hotel offerings I think it's a miss to not provide free breakfast. I mean maybe it's ok at the full service hotels like Marriott or Hilton and luxury hotels, but courtyard is a mid-tier mostly business brand.
May 08, 2025 · Chris JohnsonRooms were very nice but not as large as we had expected. Beds were only double beds, we preferred queen or king but, overall we loved it. We would stay again
Jun 04, 2025 · Richard GravesHotel is fine. Rooms updated but some outlets did not work. No breakfast included. Windows are thin and I-40 noise is loud. Bring ear plugs to sleep. Double beds are very small. Only stayed 2 nights but would not stay here again.
