DO NOT STAY HERE. We are platinum elite members and have stayed at Marriots all over the world and this location is by far the worse stay we ever had. The location is terrible, situated right along a very busy expressway. The odd room numbers are located on that side of the hotel, it was loud and not restful at all. The outside was dirty as was the glass and doors. The morning café was not opened as promised for coffee and light breakfast. They barely put out a carafe of coffee when people were complaining. This was a Sunday, and the day of a graduation ceremony for a local University and it was packed. Not prepared at all for the high volume and/or could not care to. You will be better off staying next door at the Fairfield, if you have to stay at this location. It had better accommodations and most likely it's properly managed. A very disappointing experience.

May 18, 2025 · chud 638Unfortunately, my stay here fell short of expectations. When I arrived, there was no valet in sight—I waited over 40 minutes for someone to return so I could receive my ticket. At check-in, the room key system was down, so I wasn’t given a key for the entire first day. A hotel staff member ended up leaving my door ajar while I waited for the valet, which was unsettling, especially knowing the room had been left open for about an hour. To top it off, my room was never cleaned during my stay. I'm not sure if housekeeping only operates on select days, but in my case, it was missed entirely.
May 18, 2025 · Nicole GaddieWorst experience ever!! This hotel claim they have a damage deposit upon checkin which is standard in most hotels but they fail to mention and misrepresent what that entails. We were charged a 150 fee for “housekeeping”. Hotels are suppose to provide basic housekeeping and they called a few items of trash on the counter top as a “trashed and very dirty room”. When I first called and spoke with front desk manager he lied to me about the reason then during an email communication they were uncooperative and showed me a video of the room which has no damages no stain no spills or anything that required more than a basic sweeping. When confronting the hotel about this they were rude and completely ghosted me.
Mar 20, 2025 · Krissy StoreyAll of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food at the Bistro was surprisingly good, but a little pricey. Hotel was clean, there was iced lemon water in the lobby. There is only valet parking.
Mar 23, 2025 · Jason MacLaughlinAs a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, I’ve stayed at numerous properties within the brand and have always trusted that my stay would be comfortable and clean. However, I was quite surprised by the condition of the rooms at this location. I had never encountered bleach stains on wallpaper in a hotel before, yet I saw them in both rooms I was assigned. The first room had stains near the toilet, which prompted me to request a change. Unfortunately, the second room had similar stains in the washroom as well. This was unsettling, as it made me wonder what could have required such extensive bleaching. The stains, which appear neon green/yellow in photo, were off-putting and gave the room an unclean feel, despite the likely intent of sanitization. Additionally, the faucet in my first room had drainage issues, adding to the discomfort. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, the initial response suggested I should be fine since the stains were “just bleach.” While they did accommodate my request for a room change, finding the same issue in the next room was disappointing. Given the extent of the discoloration, perhaps removing the wallpaper altogether would be a better solution. For the price paid, I expected a more polished experience. While my stay was decent overall, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired.
