The outside was..... for better lack of words just very slummy. The front desk woman, Kali, ironically same name! Was VERY Very very very very nice, such a sweet person, very welcoming, and very quick at check in However, low stars because the room we were staying in wasn't even locked, it was propped open. The bed (where the sheets were literally peeling up at the corner) had someone else's hair in it. The bathtub had mold, and we had zero towels. Now, a wedding party was also staying at the hotel so I believe they just didn't have enough towels but, very lack luster. Wouldn't stay again. There was trash and cigarettes all over the outside, our room smelt so much of cigarette smoke, also. But we did like the check in person a lot!

Oct 08, 2022 · Kali WalshBed and pillows very comfortable. Room was clean. Older inn. Had problem with toilet running and TV working on and off. Bill was adjusted. Air conditioning worked great and was quiet. All staff both days very friendly and accommodating. I had read some negative reviews about attitude but that was not our experience. Sully, who was on front desk, was particularly helpful and went extra mile to help us.
May 17, 2021 · Anne KoproskiI have to be honest here. The staff was great! The digs, not so much. We stayed here because of the proximity to a wedding we were attending in Bernardston. My wife wanted to book here because of the 'free breakfast', mentioned on the site. We ventured into town because the 'breakfast' consisted of a toaster, prepackaged cereal and yogurt. Our automatic A/C smelled of mold when it turned on during the night. Good, but not great Days Inn.. sorry but when we return to the area later this year, we will opt to stay somewhere else. Meh.
Jun 13, 2023 · ted dorsetThey had a notice on the inside of our door that if we didn't want our room made up to let the front desk know. The first night, our room was made up the next morning, that was a Thursday night. Saturday morning we left for the day, when we came back nothing was done in the room. Went to the front desk, they said it changed on the weekends! Shouldn't they notify you? They gave us fresh towels since ours were on the floor all day. But we made up our own beds, not good for paying $500.00. other than that it was ok. The check-in person was very nice and fixed our TV for us the first night.
Jul 31, 2021 · Cathy McAllisterI was a bit concerned after reading some reviews. The rooms are quite large and very quiet. Location is great as well and the staff is nice. Spend one week there and its a very good deal if your are looking for a cheap and quiet place (+great supermarket and McDonald's just 200m.away)
