Whoever hired Melissa, great job!!!! She told me she has only been there for 6 months but I couldn't tell. When I walked in she was diligently mopping the floors ensuring that the lobby is clean and inviting. She welcomed me she had this amazing personality very much like how a mom would treat their own son. I have managed plenty of hotels and restaurants over the years, Melissa is a great representation of the brand and the hotel! It was even towards the end of her shift and she was still happy and did not make me feel rushed to check in.

Jun 07, 2025 · Ian KinsleyHands down the most outdated, filthy, handy-man special hotel I've ever stayed. The smell of the room was horrendous. Filthy, nasty, stained carpet that's been there for what looks like 20+years. Comforters had a busy patter on top, but oh boy the white side was DISGUSTING! Covered in foreign stains. Blanket under Comforter had burn holes, stains and foreign hair, but in all honesty the room had hair EVERYWHERE from previous guests. The A/C unit was covered in mold as were some parts of the walls and especially the tub/shower. The shower looks as if it's never been touched with cleaner or a rag considering the amount of hair stuck to the walls and the black mold and the shower curtain was half yellow with stains even though it's a white curtain. The television screen was absolutely horrible. I just felt dirty and nasty as soon as I stepped in the room and I dreaded the thought of actually staying here. They're breakfast is a sorry excuse. Honestly should get rid of it considering it's a complete waste of time. Bagels, oatmeal and cereal. That's it. 6 little sad looking Bagels in a box, a turn style cereal dispenser and tiny bags of oatmeal that you can mix with luke warm water that they have in a drink pitcher. For $75 a night I didn't expect to be wowed, but I for certain didn't expect to be disgusted and completely disappointed and regretting choosing this place. Nothing was clean. NOTHING. Everything had something on it. Never ever again.
Jun 07, 2025 · BNAThis is a solid hotel. Right off the interstate and in the country part of Davidson Co, yet so close to all the amenities/nature/fun. The check in staff is solid and there's a few options for breakfast - even if it's not all that fancy. Ample parking on site. Some of the flooring and ceilings are old but other than that, no complaints from me!
Jun 01, 2025 · Jay RogersThe lady at the front desk was absolutely super sweet. She got me in very quickly. The room was clean. I would definitely stay again great price considering the location. I’m from the beach and I would’ve paid $200 for that room easily so $60 was phenomenal. I was over the moon with the pricing. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. They also have wonderful parking if you have a moving truck and a trailer, they also have an additional lot for the semi drivers great location
Apr 14, 2025 · Leslie AddyMs Lisa at the front desk was WONDERFUL! Very sweet and so helpful. She made check on so easy and told us the best place to park and get to our room. Parking was well lit and felt safe. Thank you Ms Lisa!!!
