STAFF: The First night there, I asked for a roll away bed for one of our kids to sleep on but there was going to be a charge of $25/night for the bed, Instead I asked for a crib for our 2 year old to sleep in and they said they would bring the crib to us in a little bit because that staff member couldn’t leave the front desk because no one else was around. An hour later they called back and asked if we had received the crib, WE DID NOT and it never came that night so she ended up sleeping between my husband and me. Each morning the chamber maid, RIYA, would come to our room and asked if we wanted/needed anything. We declined room service but got fresh towels and garbage bags. The second morning we were there, I gave her our towels in a ball, to which she laid out in front of me in size order. This is where it gets fun! She then proceeded to tell me that the one towel was the wrong color, the night before my kids silled soda on the ground and we used the towel to clean it up. She looked at me and said this is bad it’s the wrong color. First of all I was completely thrown that she was even questioning the color of the towel. I said I can take it back and wash it out in the sink if you would like. She said no and just told me again it was the wrong color. Then she proceeded to tell me how much each of the towels cost. The small one $10 the next size $15 and the big bath towel $25. At that point I told her well we also spilled some water on the floor and that when I cleaned it up the towel came back dirty from the floor. She then gave me 2 or 3 other red towels that I should be using for spills in the room. At this point she then handed me the mop and showed me how to use it to mop our room. I don’t know why I didn’t just close the door on her face at this point, but I took the wet mop and mopped the room a little, ( I think I didn’t mind because it WAS dirty and we still had another night to be there, so couldn’t hurt, she then, clearly not happy with the way I was doing it asked if she can enter the room and then took the mop from me and continues to re mop everything I just did. After the took her door stop out from the door, I shut the door and was like did that really just happen. The morning we were checking out, we had just gotten back to our room after breakfast and I was packing all of our things to bring to the car. It was 9am at this point. My husband took the kids down to the gym and on his way back the same maid. Riya asked my husband if he was checking out and leaving the hotel, he told her no not yet we will be leaving a little later and continued on. As he was helping to bring stuff to the car she stopped him again and asked, sir are you checking out. At this point my husband was frustrated by what happened the day before and now asking again within a 10 minute time frame about checking out he said no and then told her I feel like you are rushing me, please chill. I had walked by a couple of times as well and she said nothing to me, but instead was just scrolling on her phone and messaging people. I also witnessed her do the same thing to another guest, who also seemed very frustrated with the question and told her repeatedly he will be coming back to the room he is not checking out yet. I could see if the hotel was busy and she needed to get the rooms cleaned for the next round of guests coming in, but there were maybe 5 other occupied rooms this weekend.

Apr 14, 2025 · Collette MathsenThis place is absolutely horrible! Nasty! They do not clean their rooms at all. Do not expect cleans linen. Went thru 3 rooms before I gave up and went next door to the Marriott. (Highly recommend btw) The Owner avoided me and left the new manager to deal with me when I wanted a refund.(Very nice guy) Which I doubt I’m going to get. Which is Okay 🥰 health department will visiting you shortly. This place needs shut down!!!
Apr 01, 2025 · eric gullettDon't do contracting work for this guy. He doesn't like to pay his bills at supply houses. Currently owes $5,321.67 at a local supply house. He's had 6 months to pay everything back and still hasn't. Since the "hotel manager" replied and said don't file false reviews I figured I'd show receipts. This is just 1 set of receipt and dispute. It is interesting that he didn't put in a dispute for the money that he got back when I made a return for parts that I didn't end up using. Honestly not surprised when it's a 1 star rated motel on the side of the road and has the worst score you can have on the Better Buisness Bureau. The Days Inn franchise really dropped the ball allowing these people to put their name on this run down warehouse

Mar 27, 2025 · Tracy SmithHalf of our electricity was off, toilet ran forever, front desk was not familiar with very basic hotel information. Offered us to switch rooms but nothing was worth it so we cancelled.
