I had a negative experience at another local hotel and found myself scrambling for a new place to go with two kids in tow at 9am. I called and spoke with Paige at the front desk, who went above and beyond to offer us solutions. She told the hotel management what had happened to my kids and I, they were incredibly sympathetic and even offered us an early check-in so we didn't have to scramble to find a new place to stay near Lake George. We left the nightmare hotel and were met with astounding service, a warm clean pool, a market stocked with all the snacks (reasonably priced too)— all of the accommodations one could want. The pool was clean and warm. People came and went and we had nothing but positive interactions. Fellow patrons in the gym were friendly. It's just an overall great vibe! Apr 15, 2025 · Debbie MasilottiVery disappointed and difficult experience! We had called ahead to see if we could have a birthday party and swim. We were informed we could if we booked a room. There must have been a miscommunication as when we arrived and checked in we noticed no outside guests. We went to the front desk and double checked, they said no outside guests. We had to turn away the guests we invited and my daughter was very upset and we were frustrated with the whole situation. We went back to our room to grab our stuff as the only reason we went was to have the swim party. When we went to check out I asked to a refund and that we wouldn’t be staying the evening (only at the hotel for just over an hour at this point). The gentleman at the desk (who was very polite and friendly, was the middle man for our whole situation) said quote “only a manager could process a refund and to call in the morning and they would take care of you”. No mention of no refund if we leave. As a normal person, I called the next morning explained the situation and all of the details. I was told all the details of why parties aren’t allowed and reason why. I said I understand all we wanted was a refund since we didn’t stay more than a little over an hour and used the room to change. Was told because we used the key and entered the room no refund would be given. As a consumer I feel very taken advantage of and not valued or heard. The gentleman at the desk was very apologetic and concerned about my daughters well being where as management was not. 1. The miscommunication about the pool. 2. No refund was not explained at the time when we checked out 3. No concern about the customers after a difficult circumstance. 3 situations where we were really not valued and heard. I am glad they stood up for their employees about the pool situation, but very disappointed they we didn’t get our refund with poor communication to us before, during and after checkout. If we had known we weren’t going to get a refund we wouldn’t have left. They could have stood by their staff and gave great customer service but that failed in the later. Overall, the rooms were very nice, but the follow up and service was not consumer friendly and I didn’t feel valued at all.

Lovely, from the moment I arrived Val,and Josh greeted us with a cheerful 😊 then Saturday morning Flacia was outstanding not only with us but everyone, made you feel so happy! Las but not least Brooke served up a very fresh breakfast (always refreshed and clean) last our checkout was completed by Cassidy! Her friendly demeanor was the final step. We will return, even if we have to drive a few extra miles to lake George! Worth it! Thanks to a very wonderful staff!

It was very busy and a little loud with families vacationing but expected during a holiday weekend. They worked endlessly to keep common areas mopped and parking lot was plowed well. The two queen room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for a long shower and on site laundry was great . Staff was very nice and accommodating when we extended our stay due to weather and medical appointment I had in the area being postponed. Breakfast was warm and yummy. Our dog was treated like an appreciated guest as well! She loved the housekeeper who fussed over her and called her cute! :) Great experience for our first stay and would definately stay at this location again.

The moment we stepped into the doorway it was dirty, the floors were covered with dirt. Then the man at the front desk was super rude. We asked for a pack n play and he rudely said he didn’t really know and when we said we were gonna leave he suddenly changed his mind and found one. Then we get to the room and oh my god. There was black crusty stuff in the sink, the floor of the shower was dark brown. They only give you like 2 towels and half roles of toilet paper, mind you this is a one bedroom “suite”. The bed had hair all in it and the kitchen part was just gross and the dishes were unclean. The bed looked like it had been laid in. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!!
