Water in your room is $3.00 a bottle. Oh, when looking for the coffee pot, go to the lower shelf below the TV. It will be in the back. Not convenient at all, literally makes no sense for guests Poor Form management My wife, when we got into our room started sneezing and coughing due to what she said was a pungent chemical smell. Disappointing! Elevators went out. One of our group was even trapped in the elevator + claustrophobic. Finally able to get one elevator working. Just as a thought ..may want to consider FIXING and maintaining the elevators especially so guests can get out as/if necessary Some of us are handicapped, What a potential liability. Again, poor form management. Just as a thought, maybe put staff out to direct guests with respect to the elevators, if this happens frequently, put signs out, but make the guest aware. Have a plan for those with limited mobility. Risk Management 101. The restaurant was great, the food was excellent and the wait staff was excellent as well. Even though reviews showed room a/c was out for some people, ours worked very well. Overall could have been a way better experience, especially for the expensive price per room that was paid.

AC was weak at best it was a hot summer stay. Very good entertainment near the bar and the bar tender was great. Limited selection at the bar. Parking is 55.00 but they have great attitude and take good care of your vehicle and they were fast to get the car when I needed it. All in all a good stay but we will choose a different hotel with a pool or good AC next time.

We stayed four nights. I actually reserved a room with a view. That didn't even happen. We had a view of office windows and a ladder. The room was very clean. The carpet was very old and worn. Our door looked like it had been pried open, it was actually warped! The room smelled like mildew but we didn't have any respiratory issues(yet). There isn't microwaves in Hilton rooms now. The guy that replaced our refrigerator that wasn't working was very nice. The housekeeping staff was very nice. The restaurant/bar staff were great. The front desk people were friendly. I did have some trouble getting a luggage cart when trying to leave. The guy that helped me find one seemed irritated, I thanked him and smiled but I guess it was just too much. Be staying somewhere else next time.

The hotel itself was fine, the staff, however, was not. After Bonnaroo (music festival) getting cancelled after the first day, we had to abruptly leave the campsite. My friend’s mom called and booked us a room at this hotel, over the phone. It’s about 2:15 in the morning by the time we get there (it took us three hours to get out of the festival and we got stuck in the mud three times), and the clerk at the front desk tells us that we have no room, even though we have a confirmation email and a receipt. He tried to say we ordered through a third party, which was not true because it was booked over the phone. We even called back to make sure we could check-in at any time since we were stuck in traffic. He then got an attitude with me because I told him to fix it or find me someone who could. He literally two phone calls and all of a sudden, we had a room. Not sure what his deal was or why he tried to lie, but that was just horrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They then lost our car! I kid you not, couldn’t find our valet ticket in the system. Took us about 20 minutes just to get our car back, and then he said he forgot about us. It was just a bad experience. I feel as though it was slightly homophobic, so I especially do not suggest a member of the LGBT community to stay here. What a disaster. Horrible hotel and service.

Everything is pretty and clean. Housekeeping and bag assistance were outstanding! I couldn't get my room cool enough for me, but the bed was great. You're going to want to valet for parking, but they seemed nice. Very nice stay.
