May 18, 2025 · Mike CookI am so happy I chose this hotel! From the front of the house to the back of the house. Heather was amazing and sooo sweet checking us in. And Brittany and Amelia kept us so entertained at the bar that we didn't want to leave. I would absolutely return again and again! The building was beautiful. The location was walkable with everything we needed. Thank you so much for keeping us safe and allowing us to have a good time.
Jun 03, 2025 · Nathifa GiddenWe stayed here for a couple days this week. Heather at the front desk is so friendly and sweet and hilarious, we would stay here again just to see her! The food was incredible that we ate for brunch and for dinner the beds were super comfortable in the room And the decor were so sweet and cute. It felt like home.
Jun 04, 2025 · Kimberly McDonnellI worked with Ben in Sales to secure a wedding block for our guests. Ben G and I chatted over months--securing the right amount of rooms, to sending over paperwork so the check in and parking went easy for our guests. Ben was great. He continually kept me up to date on the block--how many rooms had been reserved, and when we needed to add more. I also had met Andrea who worked the front desk--she knew when I was arriving and was eager to help move all the wedding items from our car. Even when something was forgotten after the wedding--she mailed it to us--on her day off. So to say the least, the service at the hotel is way above 5 stars. The hotel is so cool--love the vibe, the room's décor was neat the rooms very comfy. A bonus was the live music we came back to after the wedding on Sat. night. Great experience. Thank you Ben, Andrea and the entire staff at Hotel Indigo Nashville.
Apr 21, 2025 · Cathy MWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, the staff was great and the decor is beautiful. We checked in with Heather- she was a hoot and incredibly welcoming. We were in a newly renovated room which was great, except for the thermostat. The temp difference just before the AC started and when it was blowing was at least 10°. We would wake up sweating and throw off the sheets, then the AC would blow directly on us for about 2 minutes before going off. Then we would fall asleep and wake up sweating again. Maintenance was so kind and tried to help us, but the newer updated rooms have locks on the thermostats. We wanted to run the fan 100% of the time to help with air circulation and the noise of downtown, but it wasn't possible. With the location does come noise- so be aware! The interior noise from other hotel guests was non-existent, which is great. It seemed that cars with loud exhausts enjoy revving their engines right outside the hotel every night. The beds were super comfortable, so that helped with falling back asleep! We also had a great espresso martini at the bar downstairs while listening to live music. You really can't beat the cozy vibes of the lobby. We chose the hotel because of the walking distance to Printer's Alley and were not disappointed- you can't get much closer! Broadway, great restaurants, coffee shops and shows are all within a few blocks of this hotel. We would definitely come back! (I would just specifically ask for an older room or bring a fan next time)
