By far THE WORST place I have ever stayed at. The conditions were horrendous. When I had asked to switch rooms because of the filth and I needed two beds. The lady was extremely rude. Said no. I’d have to cancel and get charged and then I’d have to pay for another room. Mold all over the bathroom. Dust all over. stains on the blanket. Carpet was crunchy. I had my baby with me and had to leave this hotel. My friend ended up staying there by herself.

This is now Fairbridge Inn Express. The location is horrible, the place looked like there were dug addicts, the room was adequate but the amenities were misleading except for the laundry facilities. No breakfast, just coffee in the room, the bathroom was disgraceful especially the tub as you will see from the picture. Prior to making the reservation, the owner or whoever took the call was very rude including checkin time. I will make it my intentions never to come here again. It is what I could afford but still. This place needs work big time.

I'd say it's what you would expect for the cost but it's not even that. No bed bugs is probably the only positive I could say. The bed was rock solid. A very obvious sizable squished bug on the wall. Cobwebs and dust along the walls and ceiling. Brown stain/residue in bathroom On sink and toilet paper holder. See through toilet paper- like thinner than tissue paper for gift bags. Unknown dried brown substance on bed skirt. Spider(s) in bathroom corners. And at 9:45AM a woman (not housekeeping) walked into our room to tell us that check out was at 11AM. My husband was in the middle of dressing but that did not stop her. She "apologized" and kept what she was saying. No knock, no talking through the door, just barged right in. I can say the bed sheet was clean and the towels (that could fit for a child) were clean. But that's all I can say about this place. I probably would've had less back pain and feel cleaner if I had slept in my car.

I experienced the worst customer service. The front desk area was locked 24/7 and there was a lack of response to the number to call on the door or after hours buzzer. The bathroom had black mold, lights in the room did not work, there were stains on the carpet and chair. The sign and web boasted complimentary breakfast which was not available. When attendant was able to be reach there appeared to be a lack of comprehension of the English language. I observed kids playing in the lobby as if a day care was being ran yet patrons had no access since the door was always locked. The maintenance and upkeep was in disrepair and there was a general sense of an unsafe environment.

This motel is horrible. From having to be buzzed in, the nasty looking lobby, the decrepit state of the exterior, the unfriendly staff, I knew what the room was going to look like. It was just as bad as I imagined. The carpet was filthy, the chair was disgusting, there was lots of black mold around the tub/shower, you get the idea. The Econolodge website advertised free breakfast, but there was none. Both of my phones refused to link up with their "free" wifi because of security reasons. They work with wifi everywhere else. The motel staff said that the problem was with my phones. The place is an absolute dive masquerading as a legit budget chain motel. Econolodge should shut this place down before the health authorities do. Better yet, just tear it down to remove any trace of it from the earth.
