I came to this hotel about 4:30 am to try and get a room because I called the phone no one answer but when I got to the hotel they had a number on the door to call and I did that as well. So no one answered the phone. So in my mind, I assumed that the person working the front desk maybe was at lunch, so I parked on the side of the building to wait in the process I called again. No one answered the phone I said eventually someone would come and I would purchase a room i fell asleep when I did wake up. I woke up to a tow truck trying to tow my vehicle I went to the front because someone had to call the tow. Truck so I knocked on the door they were standing right in there would not open The door they were very rude and nasty and stated that they didn't have rooms. And you can see there's a lot of vacancies so I asked him, I said, well, were you the one that called the tow truck? Not sure why I would not have been able to rent a room but straight discrimination, he said they didn't have any rooms available and that They don't do rooms before check-in time. So I didn't understand that either, but anyway, straight discrimination, very rude people

Mar 14, 2025 · Arzethaaa TriplettThis was the most rudest and dismissive experience we ever had. We booked our trip on Trip.com and when we got there, we were told that they didn't have our reservation. The woman at the front desk became very AGITATED and AGGRESSIVE when we politely asked to communicate with a Trip com representative on the phone. Reading other reviews made us realize that our HORRIBLE experience wasn't unique at all when it comes to this place In summary, AVOID this place if possible
Dec 01, 2024 · Umi CedaIf I could leave zero stars I would. BEWARE. We booked and paid online for our room a month or so in advance. We pulled in and initially thought the place was closed down- we were buzzed in at the front door by the man working the front desk. At 4pm we were told we did not have a reservation- the man at the desk was extremely rude and the opposite of helpful informing us that we had to contact the reservation customer service from the booking agent. He also informed the hotel was full anyway and they would not be able to accommodate us. While on the phone with the booking agent, we witnessed a woman come to the desk asking for clean bedding and sheets as the ones that were in her room "were filthy". SHE was berated by the man arguing with her that the staff would take care of it. After 45 min on hold we booked at another hotel. I remained on hold for another 20 minutes to be told that I did in fact have a reservation and my refund would be issued only after an internal review. Multiple people had an issue at check-in. Man at front desk by far rudest man I have ever witnessed in customer service. Hotel appears abandoned. Dirty. Unkempt. Don't book here- you will either be scammed or infested.
Jun 30, 2024 · Jennifer BergDO NOT STAY HERE!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel. I have stayed in plenty of dirty hotels and motels, and I understand that sometimes you get what you pay for. This was far worse than that. We made a reservation, in advance, through Booking, for $78, as the FairBridge website wasn't working and no one answered my call. Before the trip, I verified with FairBridge and Booking that our reservation was confirmed multiple times, even confirming a check-in time for 7pm. When we arrived at the hotel right at 7pm, Mona (I believe was her name) denied having any knowledge of our reservation, instead offering us a walk-in rate of $200 (which she offered repeatedly). This was a classic bait and switch, and she spent the entire conversation yelling at us and making up rules (For example: she asked our ages and we said 22 she said the minimum age to check in is 23, which was clearly a lie, then she immediately after said she would give us a walk in room). She put us on the phone with her manager she called "DP" (maybe Kalpesh?) who was somehow even more rude and ignorant. When Booking.com contacted them about this cancellation (at 8pm, this same night), FairBridge told Booking that they could no longer accommodate us. The hotel was far from booked out; they just knew we were in a vulnerable position and wanted to make some money. Despite being truly exhausted, rather than pay $200 to stay here, we drove all the way to Vermont and paid even more money than that for a night in a bad (but infinitely better) motel. These folks put us in an extremely unpleasant and even dangerous situation (having no place to stay, very far from home). The hotel serves no breakfast, despite claiming to. The premises are disgusting. Do not trust them, and do not reward their profoundly unethical behavior with your business. I ignored several reviews warning me, and I should not have. If you need somewhere cheap, there are plenty of affordable motels between here and Williamstown that sometimes don't list their price but are much better options. By the way, Booking.com was also an extremely bad-faith actor in this situation, offering us an insulting $26 of compensation toward the price of another hotel, but only if we booked through them, and they gave us several options which we verified had no rooms left for the night. The minimum price we could find at another hotel in this area, was like $400, and none of those hotels even had rooms available day of late on a Saturday night. Booking sent an email saying our reservation was "guaranteed" so I worry this is a violation of consumer law on their behalf...but always be wary of reservations without contracts.
Oct 21, 2024 · Jacob SimmonsI will say first that the room was clean. The door to the lobby was always locked and had to ring the bell to have someone open. They tried to run my card again when I arrived but was a prepaid reservation. They would not provide a final receipt. I called after I left to get a final bill, they hung up on me 2x's. Service was drastically lacking. Beware.....
