I’ve stayed in roadside motels, truck stops, even a tent during the war — and let me tell you, all of them were cleaner and friendlier than this dump. First off, the woman running the front desk must think she’s guarding Fort Knox the way she treats paying guests. Rude doesn’t even begin to cover it. I asked her about the bed bugs — showed her a picture — and she looked at me like I brought them. Didn’t even blink. Like it was just another Tuesday for her. The furniture looked like it was rescued from a dumpster fire. Wobbly, stained, and older than me — and I’m pushing 70. The tub had burn marks like someone lit a barbecue in there, and it still had someone else’s used soap sitting in it like a sad little souvenir. The pillows had stains I don’t even want to imagine the origin of. Crime scene vibes. Now, I paid extra for a late checkout — because, God forbid, a man wants to sleep in past 7 — and they told me 11:15 a.m. was the “latest they could do.” That ain’t late. That’s just early checkout with an attitude. No blankets. Dirty, wet towels. Asked for clean ones and was met with a stare that could curdle mayonnaise. No refunds. No accountability. And if you booked through the CHOICE app? Forget it — they treat you like you just showed up to rob the place. Roaches, bed bugs, and the kind of customer service that makes you question your will to live. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. Actually, maybe I would — but only if they deserved it.

May 06, 2025 · Big GracyThe furniture was old and falling apart, the tub was burned and dirty, the last person left used bar soap and it was still there. The pillows had stains. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Apr 18, 2025 · Robert CastilloYou get what you pay for 🤷♀️ It's a cheap hotel so obviously the rooms aren't going to be very nice. With that said when we arrived there were stains on the sheets and towels which I find unacceptable regardless of how cheap it is. Literally the only saving grace of our stay here was that all the staff that I interacted with were nice, otherwise I would definitely leave 1-star. Overall I got the impression that the owner is cutting a lot of corners. Also there is NOT free breakfast, just free coffee from 6-9 AM. Honestly, I suggest saving your money and going to another (better) hotel unless you're just passing through the area and aren't sensitive about cleanliness
Jul 24, 2024 · Cassie SNot a 5 Star hotel, but the room are decent enough, good price, it's close to Walmart do that's a very convenient thing
Dec 18, 2024 · Bobby SmithI called down to the front desk and notify them that they had bed bugs and asked the lady did she want to see the picture and she said no like she already knew . If you pay extra for a late checkout because some people do wake up late the latest they give is 11:15 which isn't a late checkout. She said no because a lot of people are checking out today I see why you have roaches and bed bugs and bad customer service on top of that . The place is just absolutely disgusting it's not cleaned at all. No blankets the towels was dirty and wet as soon as I arrived the refuse to give you fresh new clean ones.
