Apr 16, 2025 · Daddy DutchThe hotel was dirty and had roaches. Reserved a King bed and was given a single full sized bed with 2 adults. My boyfriend was worried about falling off the side of the bed, he hung over the end of the bed. I ended up spraying bleach spray on the floor and cleaning it myself after seeing how black my feet were in the shower. The remote didn’t work, wouldn’t turn the tv on. The sink was filthy and was the cleanest after I cleaned it. Stains came up so easy with bleach. Killed 2 roaches. You can see all the black on the edges of the floor where they don’t even clean the floor completely. There was no breakfast, coffee machine was broke. Funky smell all throughout the hotel, was constantly harassed and asked what my room number was. I had to keep going down each day and having them reset my key because they deactivated it daily. My boyfriend is a wounded war veteran and they would constantly harass him and ask him what room number he was in and he even tried being friendly with him and they still was shtty. There are way better options and choices in hotels. Def stay away from this one!
Apr 08, 2025 · Sheena KI was in three different rooms The first room to 219 The peephole was there but it was missing the inner glass and if your pinky was small enough you could poke your pinky through to the hallway. Then I was in 116 and there was a giant mold stain above the shower. And the doors peephole was filled with toilet paper which also filled up a handful of holes below it like a buck shot pattern. Then in 207 the window didn't lock because it was broken and the door latch was missing too. The deposit was $20 cash at the desk the first two times I got it back the third and final time the manager said that my room didn't have a deposit. And when I asked him to double check he just told me again that there was no deposit.
May 05, 2025 · cody rivasMy recent experience at this establishment was, to put it mildly, deeply disappointing. While I wouldn't characterize the staff's behavior as overtly rude, their actions and demeanor were, in my opinion, highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Check-in process: The check-in process, which should have been straightforward, was marred by the staff member's insistence that I sign the terms of service without being given a reasonable opportunity to review them. His repeated, insistent prodding – "You need to sign here, you need to sign here, you need to sign here" – was both off-putting and concerning. My request to quickly photograph the document for later review was met with resistance. This raised immediate red flags, particularly given the prominent signage in the lobby regarding exorbitant fees for late check-out, including both an additional day's charge and a separate late check-out fee. This policy, frankly, defies logical comprehension. Unreasonable Billing Practices: Furthermore, I was charged for breakfast, a service that was demonstrably unavailable. The single coffee machine on site was out of order, and no other breakfast options were provided. This feels like nothing short of deceptive billing. The Deposit: Thankfully, I had the foresight to use cash for the deposit, which likely spared me considerable further aggravation. However, even retrieving my deposit proved to be an unnecessarily arduous process. I was subjected to what felt like an interrogation regarding my identity, simply because my name is Michael Meyer. Despite presenting valid identification, I was treated with suspicion and condescension. The question, "Are you sure that's your name?" was particularly insulting. As a 38-year-old, I am reasonably confident in my own identity. In a Nutshell: In summation, the combination of high-pressure tactics, questionable billing practices, and disrespectful treatment has left me with an extremely negative impression. I would strongly consider alternative accommodations before ever patronizing this establishment again. While I regret that this account is so negative, it accurately reflects my unfortunate experience.
Feb 17, 2025 · Michael Meyer (Mikey)I paid a 20$ deposit on my card it was never returned. The front desk guy was rude and the room smelled like cigarettes. The tub leaked and there was tissue shoved in peephole. Do not stay here.
