An absolute incredible experience! Every aspect of our stay was A+, and it is in a quiet area that has a beautiful green space right outside. The service was the best! The people at the front desk are so friendly, professional, and helpful, and the valet attendants are incredible. Always friendly and helping our family in and out of our vehicle with small kids. There was a complimentary relaxing hour every evening in the lobby area, which is so comfortable and inviting with wine, cheese, and beer. The rooms were set up perfectly, and every need was met. The entire place was the cleanest we have ever stayed at, and the service in every area was top-notch. The absolute best part of our stay was the AMAZING breakfast that was prepared each morning fresh to order by their wonderful chef. The food was incredible, and he went above and beyond for everyone. They offer so many wonderful options for breakfast, and they have great coffee. We LOVED our stay and felt right at home while we were there. Definitely a highlight of our trip and the best place to stay while in Nashville!

Apr 05, 2025 · Yvette McCoySuch a surprising upgraded feel. Very nice! I did find it odd how easily I could hear footsteps in other rooms, I almost thought someone was in my room, but not near enough of a problem to downgrade my rating. Parking was convenient, people were very accommodating and pleasant. I’m not a breakfast eater but they did offer a great breakfast. Would definitely book again!
Jun 05, 2025 · Amanda MooreUnfortunately this hotel is a major miss. The parking situation here is abysmal. With options limited, the only choice is to do the $38 per day valet (or you can park in the garage nearby yourself for $55 per day). Given the valet requirement (and only 1-3 valet drivers sprinting down the street to retrieve cars from the garage), there is a significant backup of people waiting in line for their cars (or at least it was during an event weekend like CMA fest). This hotel needs a complete revamp around hotel operations and creating a seamless flow for customers. For breakfast, it was another line to order food. Rather than lay everything out, you funnel into another line to order where it appeared the person cooking the food was the same one taking the order. I abandoned it after 15 minutes amidst the sounds of growling bellies. The hotel promotes sustainability and has signage that the faucets offer filtered water. We used a paper towel to wipe under the faucet head only to see it was disgusting. In short, don't drink from the faucet here regardless of how "filtered" it is. Our room was right next to the ice machine which, throughout the night, sounded like a glacier was crashing down. The pool is incredibly small and the gym looks cheap and out of place (not modernized like the rest of the hotel). Also, there was leftover food in the fridge when we arrived so the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The surrounding area is pretty dead with really no where to walk to (so you need a car but I've covered the parking debacle exhaustively enough above). Honestly, it feels like a ghost town with little to no foot traffic. On the plus side, this hotel is pet friendly, has multiple dog parks around the building, and the bed was really comfy. However, the price is not commensurate with the experience.
Jun 08, 2025 · Ryan NUpdate: Had a great stay at this hotel. Would definitely stay again. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the valet service was also top notch. Definitely recommend. ... This review is just for the initial valet and check in. Christian Martinez did a great job. Friendly and welcoming.
May 01, 2025 · Amanda PenceWe stayed at Element for a few days. It’s a great location- 5-10 mins from downtown and easy access to the interstate. It’s a couple of minutes walk to Centennial Park. The rooms were clean and minimalistic. They offered filtered water in each room which is an added bonus for filling up your own bottles. One drawback is that there aren’t enough hooks for towels. There’s only one hook in the bathroom which isn’t enough if you have two or three people sharing a room. Add more hooks. There’s more than enough space in the bathroom for additional hooks. A second con would be the noise from the room above. I know it’s no fault of the staff, but perhaps better sound proofing is needed. The guests above us were really heavy footed; stomping around like a bunch of elephants. Valet parking was really easy, convenient and efficient. The guys that worked the valet were great! If you’re going to be in and out quick, I’d say use the street parking. You get two hours free. We did that a couple of times since we only ran back to the hotel to freshen up before heading downtown for dinner. Our stay included breakfast which was better than I expected. Each day had a different hot breakfast menu made to order. There were pretty good selection from muffins, to drinks, to cereal, and a diy yogurt bar. One drawback is that there isn’t proper ventilation. You can smell the breakfast in the elevator. The smell sticks to your clothes and hair. So when you go down for breakfast, wear something you’re not going to be walking around in all day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again.
