We hosted our organization's Leadership Meeting at the enVision Conference Center and had a great experience! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had quite a few employees show up who were not the RSVP list and the event staff were able to add tables/chairs quickly at the last minute. We cover a statewide service area, so the location is central and convenient. Food and beverage service (breakfast meeting) was excellent. Cannot comment on rooms as no one from our team stayed. Thanks to the enVision staff for the professional service!
For individuals and organizations seeking "Hotels Near Of Me" with significant meeting and event capabilities in the Mansfield-Foxborough area, the enVision Hotel & Conference Center Mansfield-Foxboro stands out. Located at 31 Hampshire Street, Mansfield, MA 02048, this property offers a dual focus on comfortable lodging and extensive conference facilities. The hotel can be reached at (508) 339-2200 or +1 508-339-2200.
The enVision Hotel & Conference Center, while maintaining a traditional lodging appeal, positions itself as a versatile venue, particularly noted for its ability to host various events, from corporate meetings to weddings. Its central location in New England makes it a convenient choice for regional gatherings.
Environment and Ambiance:
The enVision Hotel & Conference Center features a "unique layout" with a large lobby area that is ideal for groups to gather and socialize, as noted by guests attending a hockey tournament. This open and spacious common area contributes positively to the hotel's ability to host events and accommodate larger parties. The hotel also boasts an indoor heated pool and a sauna, providing recreational opportunities for guests year-round. An "indoor garden atrium" adds to the hotel's charm and can serve as a pleasant space for cocktail receptions or relaxation.
However, recent reviews indicate that the hotel's aesthetic could benefit from updates. Phrases like "a little dated and is in need of upkeep" and that "the actual lighting, walls, and decoration leave it feeling disjointed and strange" suggest that while the layout has potential, the visual appeal in some areas may not be as modern as some guests might expect. Furthermore, concerns about room odors ("first room smelled funky") and the presence of dehumidifiers in rooms "which is a sign that they have mold problems" point to potential issues with air quality and maintenance that prospective guests should be aware of. Despite these comments, other reviews, including recent ones, describe the property as "very clean & just groovy looking" and "extremely clean," suggesting variability in guest experience or ongoing efforts to address issues.
Services and Amenities:
The enVision Hotel & Conference Center Mansfield-Foxboro offers a comprehensive array of services and amenities, catering to both overnight guests and event attendees. A major draw for many guests is the on-site dining. The hotel features a restaurant, "Against The Grain," which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, brunch, and kid's meals. While some guests have praised the "excellent" food and beverage service, particularly for breakfast meetings, it's important to note that breakfast is typically not complimentary and incurs a surcharge (e.g., USD 16.00 for adults, USD 10.00 for children for a buffet breakfast). An on-site bar/lounge is also available for evening relaxation.
Guest rooms are equipped with standard comforts. All 202 rooms feature amenities such as flat-screen TVs with premium channels, coffee/tea makers, refrigerators, and climate-controlled air conditioning/heating. Connecting rooms are available upon request. Some rooms offer balconies or terraces, and some have pool or courtyard views. While a pillow menu and premium bedding are mentioned, guest feedback regarding specific room stock (e.g., "wasn't stocked with toilet paper or towels") and functionality (e.g., "heat / ac works ok, but the fan is loud and only has a high setting") suggest that guests might need to communicate their needs to the front desk for a fully stocked and optimal experience.

Features and Highlights:
The enVision Hotel & Conference Center is particularly highlighted for its dedicated and accommodating event staff, making it a reliable choice for hosting meetings and conferences. The spacious common areas, like the large lobby, are a definite plus for groups. The indoor pool provides a consistent recreational option, regardless of the weather.
While the decor might be considered "dated" by some, the overall sentiment from guests who have used the conference facilities or found the staff helpful suggests that the service quality often outweighs the aesthetic concerns. The flexibility of the staff, especially when dealing with last-minute adjustments for events, is a significant feature.
The hotel's structure, built in 1970 and renovated in 2017, indicates an effort to update its facilities, although some areas might still retain an older charm or require further modernization as suggested by some reviews. The hotel's ability to host large-scale events, including weddings, speaks to its extensive capacity and professional event management.

Apr 04, 2025 · Sarah GonetWe stayed for a hockey tournament and the layout is great for that. There is a large lobby where everyone can hang out. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Everything looks a little dated and is in need of upkeep. The unique layout has a lot of potential, but the actual lighting, walls, and decoration leave it feeling disjointed and strange. Our first room smelled funky, so we switched to a different room which smelled OK, but both rooms had a dehumidifier which is a sign that they have mold problems. Our room wasn't stocked with toilet paper or towels. The cleaning staff took the soap and bath mat towel when they cleaned, but didn't re-stock any more for us to use the next day. The heat / ac works ok, but the fan is loud and only has a high setting.
Apr 27, 2025 · Jesse VitroneYou really have three options for rooms based on scent at this interesting hotel. The first is a nice heavy scent of cigarette smoke coming in through the vents. The second, some pot fumes. Or if those bother you, there is a nice heavy musty smell. The rooms are updated and nice unlike the main halls, but the smells and lack up necessary updates to the hall areas and windows make this a hard one to ever want to do again. There is a very large open area for groups to gather or hang out that is very nice, as well as a great pool area. Lots of potential if the investment is made, but for asthmatics or allergy heavy folks, it’s a no go.
May 11, 2025 · Carolyn JonesStayed here for a conference. Though slightly dated, it is a really beautiful hotel. Lots of conference/ banquet halls, big open spaces, lots of seating. I thought the hotel design was really beautiful. My room was a nice size and the bed/pillows were very comfortable! Room was clean. The room had an kurig and mini fridge. (No microwave) There is coffee in the main entrance area. There was lunch offered at the conference and I can honestly say it was the best conference food I’ve ever had in both taste and variety. All staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and a good temperature. Definitely would stay here again. Good value. I think it may be pet friendly too!
Mar 15, 2025 · Barbara WilenWe just had our company holiday party this past weekend. This is a great place to host a party. From the beginning to end everything when smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. Great job! The food was amazing. Two thumbs up to the Chef!!!
