I just checked in yesterday and it has NOT been a good experience! I booked until Monday morning. Checked in yesterday and for the second time, my room was dirty! No one cleaned it or checked it before I got there. It's infuriating. For$100 a night the room should be at least clean, wifi should work as it says, you only get 6 channels and they are the worst ones. It's not what I expected. But my room being dirty seriously upset me. I just worked 18 hours and just wanted to go to sleep and rest but had to clean my room myself before I could bring anything in. It's not ok. This is a hotel. The housekeepers job is to make sure those rooms are clean. I'm an executive housekeeping manager and no one checked this room when it was booked. Bed was used, trash in the trash, towels were used. I mean come on. The internet hasn't worked since 6pm lastnight! It's now 6 am the next day and still no internet as advertised. It's one thing after another. I was told by the front desk to give it more time......how much more of my time do I have to go without something I paid for and is advertised! It's bs. The TV channels, all 6 of them is bs. So can't use the internet and it's irritating! I don't recommend this place after how my stay has been and it hasn't been 24 hours. A clean room and provide what you advertised isn't too much to ask. It's what I paid for and haven't been able to use it. I still can't believe not one person checked the room before I came. It was gross. Just feels dirty. I still have 3 more days and will update this when I leave. Not starting out well at all. I swear they shut the internet off at night! I stayed once before and my room wasn't clean that time also. The girl at the front desk or housekeeping should of checked the room once the reservation was made! Almost $400 for this....
For individuals searching for extended stay accommodations using a "Hotels Near Of Me" platform, particularly in the Merrimack, New Hampshire area, the Extended Stay America - Nashua - Merrimack presents itself as a budget-conscious option. Located at 2 Executive Park Dr, Merrimack, NH 03054, USA, this hotel is part of a chain designed to cater to guests who require lodging for longer periods, typically weeks or even months, offering more self-sufficiency than a traditional nightly hotel room.
The environment surrounding the Extended Stay America - Nashua - Merrimack is typical of a suburban corporate park setting. Executive Park Drive is generally characterized by office buildings and other businesses, providing a functional rather than scenic backdrop. Merrimack, New Hampshire, is a town within the Greater Nashua area, known for its mix of residential areas, light industry, and corporate offices. The hotel's location offers reasonable access to major roadways, which is beneficial for commuters and those needing to travel to nearby cities like Nashua or Manchester. While the immediate vicinity might not be bustling with tourist attractions, guests will likely find essential services, gas stations, and some dining options within a short driving distance. The area aims to provide a practical and accessible base for guests engaged in business or long-term projects in the region.
Extended Stay America properties, including this Merrimack location, are structured to provide basic services essential for longer stays. The most commonly mentioned service is the provision of a grab-and-go breakfast, typically consisting of coffee, tea, and pre-packaged items like breakfast bars or muffins. This offers a simple and convenient start to the day, helping guests save on dining expenses. The hotel maintains a front desk, typically open 24 hours, to assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. On-site laundry facilities are usually available for guest use, a significant convenience for extended stays. Complimentary Wi-Fi is advertised as a standard amenity, although some customer reviews indicate issues with its functionality, particularly at night. When available, cookware, dishes, and utensils are generally provided in the rooms or can be requested from the front desk. Housekeeping services are typically provided weekly, with more frequent service available for an additional fee. While the intent is to offer convenience, specific customer experiences suggest inconsistencies in the delivery of these services, particularly regarding room readiness and internet connectivity.
The core feature of Extended Stay America - Nashua - Merrimack is its all-suite concept, designed to provide a more functional and spacious living arrangement than a standard hotel room. Each suite is equipped with a fully functional kitchen. This kitchen usually includes a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, and ample cabinet space, along with the necessary cookware and dishes. This allows guests the flexibility to prepare their own meals, which is a major benefit for those on extended stays who want to save money on dining out or have specific dietary needs. Other in-room amenities typically include a comfortable bed, a living area with a desk and chair for work, and a private bathroom. However, recent customer reviews highlight significant concerns regarding the condition of the rooms and the property. Issues mentioned include rooms not being cleaned before check-in (with evidence of prior use such as unmade beds, trash, and used towels), non-working microwaves or microwaves with lights that won't turn off, dilapidated and stained furniture, a lack of working TV channels (reportedly only 6 "worst" channels), and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Noise from barking dogs and arguing guests also contribute to a less-than-ideal environment. The presence of an unpleasant disinfectant smell in the hallways was also noted. While the hotel aims to offer a home-like experience, these reported conditions severely detract from that goal. The hotel is pet-friendly, allowing guests to bring their pets, usually for an additional fee, which can be a key deciding factor for pet owners.
Regarding promotional information, Extended Stay America frequently offers various deals to make longer stays more affordable. These can include discounts for extended stays (e.g., weekly or monthly rates), advance purchase rates, and special rates for certain affiliations like AAA/Auto Club members, seniors, or military personnel. It is always advisable to contact the hotel directly at (603) 417-4900 or +1 603-417-4900, or visit their official website, to inquire about the most current promotions and specific long-term stay packages. The value proposition of this Extended Stay America location lies in its attempt to provide a budget-friendly option with kitchen facilities for guests requiring longer accommodations. However, based on the provided customer reviews, prospective guests should be prepared for potential significant issues with room cleanliness, maintenance, and overall property condition. While the concept of an extended stay with kitchen amenities is appealing for cost savings, the reported experiences suggest that this particular location may fall short of basic expectations for cleanliness and functionality. Therefore, guests considering this hotel for its affordability should set their expectations accordingly and consider directly contacting the hotel to inquire about recent improvements or confirm specific room conditions before booking, especially if cleanliness and functional amenities are high priorities.

Apr 25, 2025 · Nichol MooreThis place is a dump. There were dogs barking most of the time. Microwave in the room did not work. Once they fixed it, the light would not go out keeping me up all night. Furniture in the room was delaminating and disgusting. The hallways smelled of disinfectant. There were guests arguing much of the night. Stay away from this place!
May 18, 2025 · Junk BinRoom was clean and staff was pleasant. Our hallway reeked of weed even with no smoking signs posted. "Free Breakfast" consisted of warm coffee and packaged muffins and oatmeal. No hairdryer in room so got one from the front desk that we had to return back to them after use. Garbage cannot be left, you must take it with you. Will definitely not be staying there again. However, there is a great Mexican restaurant, Los Primos, across the parking lot.
Dec 13, 2024 · Dana SellikenI DO NOT recommend this hotel. Do not waste your money or time. Nothing about the room or hotel felt clean or "just like home". All the furnishings in the room were extremely worn or damage. Additionally, most of the appliances did not work properly. I ended up cancelling my room and going to a more expensive and nicer hotel.
Apr 06, 2025 · Joshua NaillonThe rooms were dirty, i don't think the sheets were changed, the bathroom and toilets were dirty, everything seemed run-down. It was not worth, even for a one night stay. The only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 is because the staff were friendly.
