The bed had a huge dip in the middle and the springs were uncomfortable. There was an odor upon entry as if someone before us had burned something. Complementary breakfast was a small table of muffins and nutri-grain bars. There was no coffee the first morning. On the bright side, front desk staff was pleasant. The young lady with the blue hair had an awesome personality.... Treat her to her favorite Starbucks coffee because she's the reason for the five star service.

Apr 28, 2025 · Nikita CarterThe nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. It’s says no smoking but place smelled like smoke throughout which caused us to have to open the windows due to our coughing from the nasty air inside. Linen was not clean and had food and holes. Floor had food on it and stains. Chair at the desk was very nasty and needs thrown out! This place is really for people that can not rent from anyone else it seems. The lady let us get a different room but that room smelled like fried foods and looked the same as the 1st one. I booked through Priceline and I would say you are better off at the red roof Inn which is cheaper but also clean. We did not even eat the breakfast. This place needs an upgrade, the furniture is falling apart and is probably original to the grand opening date. Any 5 star review is FAKE! The owners know that this place needs an upgrade and they are banking on people living there and not for people that are traveling and looking for a nice place to stay.
Feb 22, 2025 · Candi LaneDon't stay here. Read the reviews before booking this hotel. The long term residence were carrying on in the halls till 3am. The pot smell in the hotel was just terrible. In every negative review you read about this place. It's all true. Do yourself a favor and stay at the holiday and express across the street?
Apr 08, 2025 · James CarnesAs soon as you walk in the lobby, the smell of marijuana is very strong. When we were booking in the lobby, there were guests talking obnoxiously so you could barely talk to the receptionist. Once we got to the room, as soon as you open the door you can tell that the room is disgusting. There were what appeared as boogers flung on the walls. The counters by the sink and stove are peeling up and have dried coffee spilled on the counter. Upon further investigation, we found a lot cigarette ash under the night stand. As well as old croutons under the bed. Looks like the place has never had a proper cleaning. I went to the front desk and talked to the receptionist. As I was telling her about the room, she stated “yep, seems about right”, she gave us a partial refund “for your inconvenience”. She gave us an excuse saying its because they had to hire some temp workers and she smirked as I walked away stating “I’m so sorry for your inconvenience”. We will not be staying here again.
Feb 01, 2025 · Scott SipeThis place with its management is an absolute joke and a disaster! Disgrace and disrespectful is a start, but not sufficient to explain the level of unprofessionalism. If you have ANY OTHER option please take it and don’t subject yourself to this torture. Rooms smell and are not clean just wipe over quickly. And managers are an absolute travesty here, they don’t care neither does district manager. I filed complaints with the mainline and never even received a call and it was a more serious complaint! The breakfast is disrespectful as well for the money you spend! Go anywhere else but here!
