A True Home Away from Home! I can’t say enough good things about Extended Stay America – Princeton – West Windsor. From the moment I checked in, I was met with amazing staff who are incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are always spotless, thanks to a fantastic housekeeping team. The head housekeeper is one of the kindest women I’ve ever met—her dedication and warmth make a real difference in the day-to-day experience. The General Manager is truly wonderful. She made check-in and extending my stay incredibly easy, and she always answers any questions with the perfect combination of clarity and simplicity. Her friendly, professional attitude is a huge part of why this location feels like a true home away from home. Located just off U.S. Highway 1, this hotel is perfectly situated for both relaxation and exploration. Within minutes, you can enjoy a variety of shopping and dining options. Nearby attractions include: • MarketFair Mall: A short drive away, featuring anchor stores like AMC Theatres, Pottery Barn, LensCrafters, and Barnes & Noble. • Princeton Shopping Center: An open-air mall known for its community atmosphere and around 40 stores and restaurants. • Palmer Square: Located in downtown Princeton, offering a mix of shops, restaurants, and seasonal events. Whether you’re here for business, leisure, or a longer stay, this hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I’ve stayed elsewhere nearby, but nothing compares. Skip the South Brunswick location and choose West Windsor—you won’t regret it. I’ve stayed at other locations in the area, and nothing compares. I would never recommend the Extended Stay America – Princeton – South Brunswick down the road. The management there is a mess and the experience was terrible. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stay at the Princeton – West Windsor location. It’s the only choice I’ll ever make when I’m back in town!
May 02, 2025 · NafeeshaStayed here last October. Booked through Booking.com. Room was not cleaned so they gave me another room. (No biggie) That wasn’t cleaned either. (Really?) After some shuffling, since they said they were over booked, she found me a room that was acceptable. Great! Woman at the desk was apologetic and helpful but had to believe she wound up giving me someone else’s room. Booked last week again through booking.com. Arrived around 8pm and front desk told me they were overbooked and did not have a room for me. Over a week now and still haven’t received my refund from booking.com. Do yourself a favor and call ahead to make sure they have a room for you.
Apr 01, 2025 · Andre FarahThis is a cheap longterm stay hotel near Princeton. The hotel was mostly clean, but the facilities were old. I say mostly because I did find some hair in a few of the towels on my first night. The staff was very friendly when I checked in and checked out, but otherwise I did not see anyone at the front desk in the morning when I left and in the evening when I returned. The "grab and go breakfast" was basically non-existent. I've been to other Extended Stay America locations and this one has the worst "breakfast" so far. When I went down at 6:30 AM on the first day, the breakfast was already gone. The next day I went down right at 6 AM. They only had oatmeal, hot chocolate, coffee (with creamer options), and tea. But there wasn't even any hot water available to prepare the oatmeal, hot chocolate, or tea. I had to go back to my room to use the microwave. Other locations usually have at least muffins and granola bars available for breakfast, and sometimes other options as well. The location is very close to the train station, but you must either drive a car or call an uber to get anywhere. You cannot walk across the street to the supermarket and the nearest bus stop is about 30 minutes away by foot, along a highway. If you have a car then this location is fantastic, if you don't, I'd suggest staying elsewhere. Overall, though, my stay was fine. It was quiet. If I really need to stay somewhere super cheap, I'd stay here again. (I did not pay anything close to the $100 currently listed on booking websites, I booked at a discount for about $70). Otherwise, I'd find a place with better breakfast and in a more walkable area.
Apr 11, 2025 · EvanThere are roaches in the bathrooms, the two that I saw were in different stages of life cycle and so we left immediately. They only came out after the bathroom had remained dark for a couple of hours and skittered away from the lights being turned on. It's a shame because other than that this was a very nice, clearly freshly sanitized, and cozy hotel with fantastic staff!
Dec 28, 2024 · Mary MoranHonestly it’s decent for the price. There is a lot of wear and tear in the rooms but everything is cleaned properly and lobby staff is very accommodating. There was a broken tree branch hanging in the parking lot which hit my car but it’s fine there wasn’t damage. Try to keep that clear for the next time .
