Sometimes you get what you pay for. I was travelling the next day but bad weather forced me to come a day earlier and I just wanted a cheap place to crash for a night and this fit the bill. I arrived around 8pm ish and the place was quiet. The room was fairly big and the bed was decent. But it was fairly run down and could use a refresh. There were no ice machines. I walked around and never found one. I went to the front desk and no one was there as it was a bit later. So it said to call 0 for someone so I went to the room to do so and the phone did not work. There were several small things like that, that added up. Seeing as it was a Saturday night parking was quite full too. There were no major issues but it was just an average, forgettable place. Wouldn’t stay again. But if you need a cheap place then go for it. You may like it better than I did

I stayed at 245 W Natick Rd. Warwick, RI. This is the worse place that I ever stayed in, it’s not worth for the price. I booked a room for 3 people, a king bed and a sofa bed, they did not leave any bedsheets, pillows, blanket and towel for the 3rd person. The room was set up for 2 people. I have to go to get it at the front desk. The floor is so sticky to walk on, I have to wear shoes all the time and it made noise when walking on it from the stickiness floor and sneaker. When people walking above the room, it make very loud noises.The sofa bed is broken, can’t pull out, so one person had to sleep on the floor. No one work at the front desk at night. I went down at 4am because the room next to me was partying all night, I was not able sleep at all until 5:30am. Don’t waste your money to stay in that place . The hair dryer also is also not working. The front desk told me to call on the week day to talk to the manager and I called , he said he will get back to me, but he never did

I would not advise anybody to go there. The bed, the bathroom, the table and chairs, everything was dirty; it’s crazy! My room carpet had cigarette burns. I had to clean the bathroom counter before i could touch it, it was so dirty, on the wall by the mirror in the bathroom you could clearly see dirt from other people maybe showering or brushing their teeth and the toothpaste just spread everywhere. I asked to change room, and it was worse. Why do i get a room then as soon as i removed the bed cover to lay down, its full of little dirt stuff, that was crazy, i had to put my clothe on the pillow to sleep on it. Why did i stay ? It was non refundable. They do room service every 2 weeks. As soon as you walk in the elevator the smell is very bad, the hallway on 3rd floor you would not believe the smell from it. This was one of the craziest hotel experience i ever had. The pictures did not look like what it actually is.

My boyfriend and I were driving all day and knew we would arrive at our destination (this hotel - extended stay suites) into the following day, so we called to ensure we could still check into a room. While on the phone, he helped us book a room and charged me for two nights, a total of $221. Since we had been coming in so late, he let us know there was going to be a late check in fee, but we could still get into the hotel. Once arriving to the hotel at about 2am, the very ignorant worker told us we couldn’t check into the hotel because the systems were down and it was too late. She was very rude about it and told us there was nothing she could do, despite the obviously poor communication skills the workers have going on. I was charged for a room, a late fee and told that we could check into the hotel at any time no problem, only to show up and get denied. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention, it was the night of my 19th birthday.

Staff at hotel were great ! Negatives : The smell of marijuana in the halls was overwhelming ! Repairs needed in our room . Light between beds fell off wall before we left . Poor lighting in room . Faucet handle in tub was not attached and kept falling off . Key entry to side door did not work .
