Apr 28, 2025 · Ana Baezimpeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the thoughtful touches, like the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and the cozy seating area. Despite the industrial feel, the room felt warm and welcoming. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, they made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend The Loom Hotel to anyone visiting the Warwick/Providence area.
Mar 24, 2025 · tarkan dinckanVery beautiful hotel, service is awesome. Big minus for me I could hear absolutely all rooms around whether they go to the bathroom, make coffee or talk. If you like really firm (i mean really) mattresses, I guess you'd like it too.
May 18, 2025 · Olga DLet me start by saying this hotel has the potential of being 5 stars! The three star review is not a reflection on the staff or management but unfortunately the nature of what is currently occurring at this location. NOTE: The manager is first rate! The staff are all very kind! And, we will return for their Summer Dog days - and might consider staying overnight again. We are avid travelers and often enjoy staycations in New England. We are also quite familiar with Hilton Stays both here and abroad. What we experienced in our two night stay: The Positives— Affordable nightly rate Easy check in A clean room with excellent linens, a wonderful espresso machine! A contemporary but cozy interior and decor - from the lobby to the dining area and bedrooms, the decor was refreshing and welcoming! Negatives— Inconsistent service - while the hotel says they are dog friendly, the messaging from hotel/booking.com says you can’t leave your dog unattended in your room. Okay - weird but maybe you can take your dog everywhere? Not the case. For a few of 50$ a day, they need to figure this out. As a dog owner, we selected this hotel for a staycation and ease. We didn’t want to leave our dog in the room the entire time but we didn’t want to use the gym and sauna as a couple. Also, as dog owners, plenty of hotels in the state and surrounding areas offer dog friendly dining without problems — the experience here is fuzzy and leaves a dog owner feeling a little uneasy about even having your dog here (quite the contrast to hotels like The Brenton 41 North and many others in state!) The hotel room also didn’t have a mini fridge for keeping leftovers safe before returning home, or even storing fresh pet food or one’s own personal dietary favorites. Additionally, room service is not exactly up to par with the regular service found at other Hilton Stays and full service hotels. There is a new QR code system in place. Seems easy right? Not really. It’s not easy to use, has a limited menu, and it offers you the chance to pay cash but then doesn’t process that. When you call for room service - you can be told different things at different times. It appears the entire system is new and the staff are just as confused as guests. As a result of the above, I took my dog to the hotel bar, and asked for a drink to take upstairs. I offered to pay cash and was told it was a credit card only hotel. So charged it to the room and went on my way with the dog (luckily the bar tender watched my cocktail while I walked our dog, and returned for it) The next day, room service for dessert was impossible with no options on the QR code. So my husband went downstairs and purchased a 12$ glass of wine and dessert. They poured the wine in a plastic cup and said they couldn’t give him a glass — which was odd since people in the lobby had wine in glasses, and the night before I had a cocktail in a glass. I called room service, and they said that wasn’t the case and would send someone up with a wine glass- they arrived with a champagne glass - you can imagine 20 minutes later I had zero interest in the wine that now tasted like the plastic it had been sitting in or the champagne glass which doesn’t allow one to swirl their wine. Also, my dessert was in a take a way case which had leaked - so the ice cream was now on the desk. I don’t think these things are a big deal on their own but when you put them together for a 600$ weekend stay it’s not really on par with other places we’ve stayed. I hope the Hilton Corporation fixes the kinks and gets this gorgeous hotel up and running so another stay is seamless and hassle free.
May 11, 2025 · Ruth ScottThe fruit of loom factory/warehouse is now turned into a hotel and it absolutely chic! Vintage a cute place to stay. It was a great experience. I’m glad I was able to capture the experience. There’s a bar /patio right on the main floor. It gives a cute date night vibe. I’d definitely recommend this place.
