Jun 12, 2025 · Tuivesi NaisoroDo not stay here!!! I told them we have a service animal when we checked in, they checked me in, then I wanted to extend one more night, I pay for the extra night, about 30 minutes later, they knock on the door saying, we needed to move to a dog friendly room?!!! All the rooms are the same thing!! And they wanted to try to charge me $200.00 for a PET FEE after we told the front desk we had a service animal at the time I checked in and they needed to do a whole new reservation. Which made no sense. How are you going to say I needed to pay $200.00 pet fee after I paid for an extension. It was the same employees who checked me in decided to do this BS. And they wouldn’t give me a Refund either so that just made it worse on their part for not paying attention to customers. Avoid staying here please save your money. The front desk agents both morning & night are very rude!!!!!! The lady was a rude jerk and she was being extremely rude towards me. To the front Desk agents who work there, shame on you for your poor customer service skills. Both of you need to be fired from your job. That’s how you treat customers, you should be terminated. You still owe me $105.12 & taking the keys back from me not allowing me to stay in the hotel forcing me out. And to the lady who called me to “have a good night buddy”, you have no respect for customers. And you can have yourself a good day in the unemployment line 👍🏾 so lady, you have a terrible night & go home with your tail between your legs
Apr 17, 2025 · Leonard JacksonWe enjoyed our stay here!! Front desk reception were so kind and helpful. The room was great for what we paid for! No breakfast but a First Watch restaurant across the parking lot... Clean and calm area too! Would definitely stay here again
Apr 10, 2025 · ElsThis hotel no longer provides cooking items to use with the kitchen. We were informed AFTER check in that we would have to purchase those items we were also informed that breakfast is no longer provided- none of this was mentioned on the web site! The most upsetting part is that our assigned room reeked of cigarette smoke! The next room we were switched too was much better but we decided not to even stay there as we felt that other guest hanging out in the parking area were watching when we came and left which made us feel like our valuables would not be safe.
Apr 26, 2025 · S CarterThere is much to say about this hotel, I will agree with previous comments about some of the people around the hotel who seemed a little "sketch" or questionable however none of them approached or bothered us at all. The part of the hotel we stayed in (it's shaped like an L) which was in the very back and it was quiet, we met a couple of other people staying at the hotel and they were pleasant. Customer service was great for us, we met Tina(?) first because we checked in really late after our drive. That was not convenient, we had to call a number speak to a guy who said someone will come help after a while nobody came so we knocked on the office door and she was there, but the computers were down, she tried her hardest to fix them and finally got us checked in. We stayed about a week and when we needed anything (extra towels or tissue) we just asked the lovely housekeepers, and they willingly helped out. We had to extend our stay another day and the other front desk lady, name forgotten but had red hair (give her a raise!!!), was so sweet and friendly. I'm not sure who the other reviewers met but I am grateful I only came across great customer service. The room was clean but smelled like STRONG cologne for some reason and they charge for everything, dishes, there is no ice machines, and they even charge for using the room phone!? Hence the reason for only 3 stars. All in all, it was a good stay, okay room, sketch people around but greedy hotel with all of their extra charges.
