I responded to the comment below to contact them for the second time because they wanted to make things right. This time I spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with the manager and she assured me that we'd get some of my mom's points back. Yet another lie. Go elsewhere. Sept 2024 So incredibly disappointed! My father passed away in May and I was able to talk my 80 year-old mother into going on a little trip in early August. She wanted to see the Elephant exhibition in Newport. She and my father were loyal Hilton members with over 300,000 honor points. We used some of her points for our three night stay. The hotel was fine but a bit dated, the location was good, the beds were comfy but not once was our room serviced in the three nights we were there. Our trash was full by the time we left, we were in need of towels, and it just seemed odd that in three nights we were never check on. She mentioned this at checkout and was told that someone would call her to discuss her concern because it was a mistake on their end. A manager called about 2 weeks after our stay and spoke with her for some time. My mom felt better when she was told that they would be able to refund one night's points. Well, it never happened. Did they lie to her or was this another oversight on their end? If this is how Hilton treats their most loyal members we may be better staying elsewhere in the future. Do better.

May 13, 2025 · Martin ZwirenPlace was very affordable and had a couple places within walking distance so you didn’t need to drive. I believe it is in like a plaza which makes it really convenient. With the Applebees right across the parking lot for some quick eats and drink, I found this place very convenient. Room and bathroom were very clean and maintained. A walk around the property showed that they value the appearance of the location, which is always good in my opinion. The breakfast was okay, oatmeal was a bit tooooo watery but the waffles they had made the breakfast experience a lot better. Great place to stay if you’re looking for convenience and something familiar with the Hilton brand
