Desk clerk is not very helpful. He was very rude when my wife called down about the 2nd floor laundry being out of service. Did not offer any other option. Like if there was another laundry room on another floor that is operational Customer service is horrible for 2nd shift. 1st shift is much better. Breakfast lady is very sweet and helpful.

The hotel it self was ok I decided to get away for two nights and take advantage of the jacuzzi in the room. After my two nights stay I was charged a extra 100 dollars on my card for a smoking fee in the room I DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM I WENT OUTSIDE TO MY CAR !!!’ They claim the have proof but I know that’s not possible to have proof of ashes in the room Because I did not smoke in the room when I called the hotel she wouldn’t even direct me to a manager. I’m more frustrated that they charged me at all for something I did not even do !!!! So what are they charging me for there is no smell no burns no smoke residue ! That’s stealing !

Our room was clean and the service was friendly with complimentary breakfast. We stayed in a hotel suite with a hot tub. I was great to unwind after a fun day of skiing!

Great, convenient location between Lenox and Pittsfield set well back from the main road. Well appointed lobby and a really nice breakfast. The service provided by the maids, front desk staff and those serving breakfast was excellent. The rooms are a bit dated and plain. However, the shower is hot and strong. We loved that shower.
