I filled nearly the entire hotel with guests for my wedding. I was promised a 5 star service and received 1 star. I would give negative if I could. The employees were extremely rude to my guests checking in.l. The promised 3pm check in was not followed through. Multiple guest rooms were not ready thus making them have to change in the restroom and in cars to make it to the wedding on time. As the bride, this is not something you want to be dealing with the day of your wedding. The hotel room I had booked months in advances somehow did not have a card on file, forcing my child to have to wait in the lobby with the babysitter at 9pm while they are refusing to let her in the room. Speaking with the manager Dan was an even worse experience. He was rude and condescending when speaking with him. I received no apology for anything that went on. He said “I hope your guests made it on time” and that they should have book a Friday stay to avoid any trouble. HOW RIDICULOUS! I should have been told if you could not accommodate that many people. His response again was “well the whole hotel was booked and we only had 2 cleaning ladies”. The whole hotel was booked with the guests attending my wedding that HE knew about months in advance! So you could not accommodate that many people and are now making excuses! After all the trouble that went on I simply requested a refund for the 1 hotel room with my daughter. I simply received a “I’ll take your request for a refund to your room under consideration” was all I received as he proceeded to charge the full amount to my card. I am absolutely disgusted with not only the lack of service, but the disrespect from the entire staff.

Live down the road got a room for the kids to swim on new years eve. Staff was fantastic, caring and very hospitable, would highly recommend for a nice stay. Only dislike is there isn't a jacuzzi. : (

The hotel is well appointed and clean. My only beef is that the front desk lady parked her car blocking the doors overnight. She did not want to deal with the snow. I get it, but it is rude to inconvenience all of the guests trying to check in and out. At least park the car on the other side of the overhang So people can get in and out of the building.

One of the better Hampton Inn’s. Feels more cozy than all the rest. 2 good restaurant options within walking distance, both with bars. One up-scale and one casual. This seems to be a nice quiet place to stop.

Recently moved to Ohio and needed a few nights before getting settled into new home. I have to say, the staff is 5 star. They are super helpful and treat you like a real human being. Every individual was very genuine and kind. The room was comfortable, clean and up to date. Free breakfast was a great addition, and it was delicious. If friends or family need to stay in nearby I’ll always suggest this Hampton Inn. Very satisfied.
