Dec 06, 2024 · Keri JeanOur Mother was in Hospice at Hillcrest Personal Care Home. We stayed here. It was convenient to stores, restaurants and the Home. Everyone at the hotel was empathetic to our needs and Emily went over and beyond for us. Very good food too. Highly recommend.
Mar 16, 2025 · Michelle RichardsGreat food, clean and basic facilities. It falls apart with the bed. The pillows are pathetic and the sheets are so thin they are transparent. A bad bed and sleeping experience can ruin the entire stay. Happy that I only stayed one day because another night in that bed would have made me move to a different hotel. I would focus less on giving me a choice between a hot pink Paris Hilton signature waffle or a normal waffle and instead deliver a solid experience with the place I'll spend the majority of my time, the bed. Give me nice sheets, comfy pillows, etc.
Nov 27, 2024 · Matt BranhamWe were looking to rent the banquet hall. Called spoke to a lady who said we could rent it by coming in and booking a room and then reserving the hall for the date and time we needed it. Came to the hotel and the gentleman was very professional to the guests in front of us but when it came to be our turn he had a very rude approach, saying that we was at the wrong place that they don’t offer rental of the hall, whether that’s true or not. The other employee told us otherwise and instead of agreeing with us. He made us both feel like we was lying and dumb. When it was another employees fault for giving us incorrect information, so i kindly said “ Well would have a discussion with everyone so everyone is on the same page. So this confusion doesn’t happen again. Just was an unpleasant experience. Miscommunication happens but you should never make the customer feel crappy. We have always used Hampton for all our travel needs but after that experience we will be moving else where.
